Born, raised, first communion, confirmation, religious instruction after public school on Tuesdays...I remember no teaching at all. Left "religion" as soon as I could. Then, in my early 30's started to visit protestant churches and delved very deep into scripture and couldn't get enough. :)

I've met and talked to a few. After they were born again, they became Baptists.

My father/mother conceived me as deeply seated Roman Catholics.
As such i was baptized a RCC from infant.
Attended RCC schooling to 8th grade.
Attended church regularly.
Prayed the rosary beads, lighted candles, was confirmed for Communion and Confessional attendance/participation in faith.
i want to point out that i BELIEVED, in faith, in all that i was taught and participated in.
Since RCC can never do for the spirit of man what they claim = i naturally embraced sin in the world = Ephesians 2:1-3
At the age of 23 i met a former RCC family who invited me to their home to read the bible and pray.
Exactly as JESUS said = the Word is a Seed of LIFE that was planted in me from the Scriptures spoken thru Holy Spirit indwelt Vessels
The SEED of TRUTH was watered and it Sprung UP into LIFE as i was Born-Again/Anew = from ABOVE
Within a year i was water baptized and the BEST was when i was Baptized in the HOLY SPIRIT.
TODAY - i continually seek Truth as the Holy Spirit guides me into all Truth in the WORD.
Therefore i pray with understanding and also in the SPIRIT = HalleluYAH

Well, that is a step in the right direction but is still greatly lacking as baptist deny the Baptism in the Holy Spirit.
Baptist is way better then RCC - for sure!
After i was saved, the Holy Spirit led me to different 'churches' such as:
a.) Penetcostal
b.) Baptist
c.) Non-Denominational
d.) Messianic
e.) Calvary

Baptists do not deny the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Where did you get that from?

Oh yes they do!!!
They deny the Baptism of the Holy Spirit by saying it takes place when you are Born-Again.
This is very similar to RCC who say you are born-again thru water baptism and/or eucharist = outward works of the flesh
John McArthur, Baptists and others have even declared the gift of Tongues from the Holy Spirit as coming from satan.
That is blasphemy and a very dangerous one!!!

Why david why is it the same Identical love was also put into my heart .
I mean i still remember the very day GOD drew me
AND I TOO DELVED VERY DEEP into scripture and JUST COULD NOT GET ENOUGH OF IT .
But i must add this , as i am sure you know this too .
HOW COME TBN left me empty . HOW come many c hurches i attended , the preaching left me empty .
YET N OT THE GLORIOUS WORDS OF TRUTH IN THAT BIBLE . O H i KNOW YOU KNOW THE WHY my friend .
But do allow me to say it anyway by first saying the very words of JESUS HIMSELF .
FOR THIS cause was i born and for this reason came i into the world , TO TESTIFY OF ..............................THE TRUTH .
All who are of the truth come TO ME . THE BIBLE HAS THE VERY WORDS OF TRUTH IN IT .
THAT IS WHY the sheep love it so and will not rest , will have no peace , under anything BUT THE TRUTH .
NO matter how well decked in wool a man can appear to be
A sheep will have no peace , no rest , no comfort , no joy , UNDER ANY that preaches a lie .
FOR JESUS H AS THE SHEEP . I TELL US ALL that J ESUS has the sh eep .
THE ONLY REASON we overcame them , IS G REATER IS HE that is in the sheep that he that is in the world .
But i promise us all , YE SHALL NOT BE LO VED by this world and sadly a lot of churches are OF THE WORLD .

that many a cessationist can very well be in danger of blaspheming the very HOLY GHOST .
NOT SAYING THAT ALL HAVE .
BUT i am saying IF by the POWER of THE SPIRIT JESUS was casting out demons and healing .
And they said it is by satan he casts out
WHAT IF ONE was speaking by tongues , a gift OF THE SPIRIT
and a cessasionists saw this and said HEY they speak by satan , tongues no longer exists . AND YET IT WAS BY THE SPIRIT
the man had spoke in tongues . WOULD they then NOT be blaspheming THE WORKING OF THE SPIRIT .
NOW i do know the dif ference between what is of GOD and darkness .
I MEAN i seen them wicked men of belial and women of belial
jibbering away in what they said was tongues , YET BARKING LIKE DOGS , PLaying a clown
and prophesying LIES to the people t hrough their so called tongues . NOW a lie IS NOT OF GOD .

How do you know you are saved except by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit? When do you receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit unless it is at the same time of you salvation in Christ? John Macarthur is a cessationist. He thinks the gifts of the Spirit have ended and he is wrong. Everybody who doesn't speak in tongues, believes nobody does. I don't, but I know some that do. If you don't believe the manifestation of the gifts, you are disagreeing with scripture.

Salvation began in Genesis
The OT saints were saved by the Holy Spirit the same way we are today = Faith in the WORD that was GOD
To be Born-Again means that GOD has brought you to Saving Faith in His WORD = This is called the Circumcision of the heart
The Circumcision of the heart is the Work of the Holy Spirit in revealing the need of Salvation via faith in the Word of God.
The OT saints were not given nor could they receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit as Christ had not yet Come and fulfilled the Law.

The truth in Post #12 can be seen/heard by the very words of the LORD in the OT and in the Gospel.
Deuteronomy 10:16

Now this is gonna anger most . perhaps even cause others to even beleive i do blaspheme GOD and all that is holy .
BUT guess what i discern about this ecumenical int erfaith . IT IS TRULY OF ANTI CHRIST
and it will BRING DOWN THE WRATH OF ALL MIG HTY GOD and of the LAMB
UPON ALL who bought into its lie . JESUS has been denied . THIS can easily be proved and be seen .
Many dont give a rip one . TO them it matters n ot one little bit JESUS has been buried under the lies
of this ecumeincal whore . BUT this sheep gonna expose e very last bit of it , if even it costs me my life .
I dont sit under a Christ denying WHORE and buy h er love . SHEEP BUY THE TRUTH and sell her not .

The OT Tutor pointed to CHRIST as The REST of GOD by saying: "Anyone who does any work on My Sabbath shall be put to death".
Now we KNOW that JESUS is God's Sabbath REST for HE broke the sabbath to Prove that HE is the LORD

because HE HEALED on the sabbath . They accused falsely .

Once JESUS fulfilled the Law, HE began the New Covenant Teaching of Sabbath REST in HIM
NOTICE that a "bed" was to be taken up and carried = a bed is a place of rest = JESUS replaced the man's bed with HIMSELF
Now that man found TRUE 'rest/healing' in JESUS = saturday sabbath could NEVER do this for him

OH i have no doubt that JESUS is the true sabbath rest of man .
COME YE UNTO ME all you who do labor and are weary and ye shall find rest for your SOULS .
let us labor therefore to enter into THAT REST . BELEIVE YE IN THE GLORIOUS LORD .
and paul and even the apostels made it clear about meats drinks and days and to let no man judge
concerning that . So be encouraged my friend .

Catholics take note of the Saviors words = "I Say to you there is One GREATER then the Temple"
This includes the Vatican and every church, mosque and/or 'holy' place and every person on earth.
There is no such thing as the 'vicar' of Christ = to even say such a thing is anti-christ and comes from unregenerate minds.
Then Jesus said to them again, “Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. 8All who ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. 9I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. 10The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
11“I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep. 12But a hireling, he who is not the shepherd, one who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees; and the wolf catches the sheep and scatters them. 13The hireling flees because he is a hireling and does not care about the sheep. 14I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own. 15As the Father knows Me, even so I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep. 16And other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they will hear My voice; and there will be one flock and one shepherd.
