Thanks Rita...my situation isn't near that bad. Thank you, Jesus, that I had my phone and keys. I was able to lock all my credit cards and bank account.
I am more concerned about identity theft.
Heavenly Father, Thank you for Heart2Soul, all she brings to this forum! Please keep her safe from those who would harm her, and let no one use any of the things stolen! I ask in Jesus' Name!

Much love!

They apparently just wanted cash and drugs...

Praise God they didn't keep everything.

According to statistics a purse usually contains around $2-4,000 or more worth of goods and money. Then the identification is also an issue.

Between cell phones, cash cards, cash, and medicines a purse is a high value target for a thief.

You should ask to review the recordings from the cameras at the gas station. That way the thief can be identified. And a puffer is usually used... skeleton keys don't work but a tennis ball does.
(I have associates in construction that are there because the judge made them get a regular job)

I heard about this late, sorry to hear about your loss. We had a mail thief come by last night and I found my neighbors mail on the side of the road nearby on my morning walk. Thiefs :(

I think that you might have got the wrong thread. Nobody died and I think that she said that everything's alright now.

Thanks, April, yes I didn't see that she got her purse back until after I posted. I just somewhat caught up on the thread. My internets been down for a day, but now it's back up and I'm playing catch up.

That's alright, I also got confused with the "sorry for your loss" thing because that's usually after somebody passes away.
