Free and fair elections. One person, one vote. You know we don't canonize scriptures unless their provenance is proven, but we accept votes with few questions asked about their source. People are not naturally honest, if they were honest and good there would be no need for laws.
Canonization was the process by which certain books became officially recognized as the authentic “God-breathed” Scriptures. To the exclusion of all others, only the canonized books can be used with full faith and confidence as the authoritative Word of God.
Our voting system should be godly, like Christ says. No endless acceptance of sketchy sourced votes before and after election day, that door should be closed.
