What is the thing that can bring a household together more than anything else you can do? Living or releasing Christ in you, he is there just waiting on me to get through with all my ways and understandings and doctrines and being right. He is there waiting on me, he has not left you. I like to use the term "he is like an old man in a rocking chair just sitting abiding his time waiting to be released." He will not leave you, you can live a lifetime of self and never release him and he is there just rocking along waiting on me.
Can you see by the Spirit and the scriptures that he is there. We don't have to work him up or pray him up or conjure him up or fast him up. All I have to do is ask him to live through me, he is already living in you. When you ask him you have to allow his mind in you to work out of you. You understand what that means for a believer? They will have to sit aside many good ideas and thoughts and understandings and even that precious doctine we so finely tuned. Trust me if you have something worth using he will use it but in the mean time stop all the clamoring around in the scriptures and allow him to be released.
I have yet to see Christ come out through my doctrine. I have witnessed the opposite of him living his life through me. No strings, he doesn't need me to mess with it, I just have to yield to it. That is all you can do, you cannot add to the life we have now, it simply comes out of you as you period. If you need a doctrine there it is "Christ alive in believers." Happy trails.
