[Romans 5:16 KJV] "And not as [it was] by one that sinned, [so is] the gift: for the judgment [was] by one to condemnation, but the free gift [is] of many offences unto justification."

Some say that faith is a gift based on this verse.......[Ephesians 2:8 KJV] "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God:"
The verses above say clearly that "the gift of God" is not our faith, but that it is God's grace and his gift of righteousness and justification (declared righteous). These verses say: the FREE GIFT is many offences unto justification; they declare THE GIFT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS; THE FREE GIFT CAME unto justification of life.
