If one receives this vaccine now what excuse do they have not to receive the next one which may be the mark of the beast? Not that they would consider any excuses...

The vaccine clearly changes DNA, lots of things change DNA. Tobacco changes DNA, Teflon changes DNAHey Devin.
This is my 'humble opinion' on the matter...
Ultimately, the Mark of the Beast will be some form of Transhumansim.
In other words, the Mark is all about DNA Augmentation.
Is the Vaccine the Mark?
If it does *NOT* change One's DNA, then I would say that it is a HUUUGE step towards the Mark, but we aren't quite there yet.
If it really does change One's DNA like some have claimed, then it becomes a question of how much?
Only God knows where the line is drawn, however we have some very important clues...
This is my interpretation of the above...

- Mark in the Forehead
The Mark in the Right Hand is in regards to our unique Fingerprints and Handprints. No two are alike, therefore it is our 'Unique Identifier'...
Isaiah 49:16
"Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me."
If One changes enough of their DNA, their Fingerprints will change. They will then have a 'New Identity'.
Likewise, our Facial Recognition Features (Mark in the Forehead) is another way we are identified. Change enough DNA and we can change eye color, hair color, etc. etc.
Thus, the Mark of the Beast is about receiving a New Identity. It is blasphemy of the Holy Ghost and is unpardonable. It is a 'Covenant with Death'...

"Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:"
The Mark of the Beast may also include mingling the DNA of the Human Race with an 'Alien' life form...
Daniel 2:43
"And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay."
If this is the case, then we need to wait for whoever 'they' are to show up first.

DNA is a dynamic and adaptable molecule. As such, the nucleotide sequences found within it are subject to change as the result of a phenomenon called mutation. Depending on how a particular mutation modifies an organism's genetic makeup, it can prove harmless, helpful, or even hurtful. Where do mutations occur?

Germ-line mutations occur in gametes or in cells that eventually produce gametes. In contrast with somatic mutations, germ-line mutations are passed on to an organism's progeny. As a result, future generations of organisms will carry the mutation in all of their cells (both somatic and germ-line).
What kinds of mutations exist?
Mutations aren't just grouped according to where they occur — frequently, they are also categorized by the length of the nucleotide sequences they affect. Changes to short stretches of nucleotides are called gene-level mutations, because these mutations affect the specific genes that provide instructions for various functional molecules, including proteins. Changes in these molecules can have an impact on any number of an organism's physical characteristics. As opposed to gene-level mutations, mutations that alter longer stretches of DNA (ranging from multiple genes up to entire chromosomes) are called chromosomal mutations. These mutations often have serious consequences for affected organisms. Base substitution
Base substitutions are the simplest type of gene-level mutation, and they involve the swapping of one nucleotide for another during DNA replication. For example, during replication, a thymine nucleotide might be inserted in place of a guanine nucleotide. With base substitution mutations, only a single nucleotide within a gene sequence is changed, so only one codon is affected (Figure 1).

What happens is that a message is sent via lipids to your immune system to start a war with the virus.
Now usually Vaccines carry a weak/inactive virus injected into you and then let your body do its thing by encapsulating the virus (in this case the spike proteins) to your immune system by means of RNA to begin to fight this virus with antibodies.
The mRNA Vaccine bypasses this and sends the message directly to your immune system to begin fighting this virus. The reason being is that for whatever reason our bodies aren't recognizing this virus... probably because of the ACE2 enzymes it uses (part of your endocrine system) to replicate...so it's hiding fairly well in a couple of ways.
The mRNA Vaccines are actually fairly effective and accurate in their own way.
There are possible side effects...but no one has yet to offer up a single conspiracy theory that actually has even a tiny bit of truth of relevancy.
Mostly because people don't understand the science yet and are labeling it as the metaphorical "witchcraft" and a bad thing...

Bill Gates wants to do something about about the population on the earth. In particular he wants to reduce it. You would have to be mad to inject yourself with an experimental vaccine that he has anything to do with.

It is not the mark of the beast, but it is yet another pretype example of it (being banned from traveling and from certain places if you are not vaccinated, and the "everyone doing it"). (Many things they have forced in last decades have been essential services, eg water fluoridation.)
The mark of the beast is number of name of (a) man.

There are no individual Drs diagnosis and prescriptions and being informed of all options and ingredients and sideeffects. That is hardly "science".
No one has shown any proof that they do not harm or hinder abilities or health. We don't have to prove it harms.
"Conspiracy theory" and "paranoia" are just clever emotional tactics.
The power company doesn't trust us to read our own power meters (for more than a couple of times in a row). Are they paranoid and conspiracy theorists? And yet we have to trust the elite as if they are gods and as if we are just dumb dogs? We are told there are "bad" people like "nazis", Islamic "terrorists", "criminals", "bludgers", etc, yet this regime and elite are all good gods?
Science can be used for slavery precisely because only scientist have the ways and means and knowledge while most common people don't.
True science would address the root causes instead of misusing science as a way so people can continue to live lifestyle in violation of laws of nature and God.
There can be effects on ability and health that may not be obvious. You can't just rely on what you see and hear.
Its only experimental at this stage.
I suppose everyone just has to pray and ask and trust God what they should/not do, and go by instinct/intuition. I don't judge anyone what food or drink/water or vaccines they take, but I don't agree with us being forced. I've seen "health" medications and treatments have bad effects on some people. And I have seen many evidences that this western regime and policies of the last decades have been bad, so I don't trust them for good reason.

Yeah with the gov's demanding vaccinations I wouldn't put it out too far to be a chipped market. Then we can all be tracked and processed in the criminal and non-criminal justice system.
