Mary is the Church ! for without Her there would be no Church in fact.
Spiritual speaking Mary is the Church and we are the body.
We are the Church, they who abide in the body as Christ is our Saviour !

The church is the body of Christ and the scriptures tell who is in the body and how one becomes part of the body. Israel as a nation or people are not the body of Christ. To become part of the body you must first believe in Jesus as the Christ and then be baptized into the body which is the church. Read Acts 2:38-47.
