Ain't no soapbox. There's the TRUTH of Scripture and History, and there's error (intentional or otherwise). And I'm MORE THAN WILLING to defend any doctrine I espouse, by BOTH Scripture and History, but cowards simply slander and run away like little sissies.
Simply put, there is NO "
seven-year-tribulation" (among other false teachings). This doctrine is based upon a false rendering of Daniel 9 which is pretty funny when you consider that the angel demands that the prophecies of this Book are end-time (approximate to 1948) but the lying commentators use crowbars to try to fit a ~480BC fulfillment, when the ind wasn't even dry yet.
But "christianity" has their MANY false doctrines, and this is simply one of them. And if you were interested, I could amplify EACH of the
many FALSE assertions made by the commentators for this 9th Chapter alone.
But it seems that when people have their own "soap box*", they're somehow too busy to actually examine Scripture. Thus the Righteous Judge which receives evidence, versus the Unrighteous Judge which is to busy ...
