Since this was a response to me, for the benefit of others, I will reply….
I will give just one. One but a HUGE one that makes JWs false teachers and false prophets has been very well established.
A Christian will never deny that the- Lord Jesus' death paid for our sins.

(No that does not mean that we should all continue in sin. duh )
Sorry…..but the “duh” applies to the statement above that last one…..
”A Christian will never deny that the- Lord Jesus' death paid for our sins.”

Since when do we deny that Christ’s sacrifice paid for our sins? Please show us where we have ever made a statement like that here?

This is absolute nonsense! I don’t know where you get this half baked rubbish, but it is apparent that you didn’t listen at the meetings or even to your parents growing up.

Christ died for ALL, and if you’d have taken notice, you would know that this is what we believe.

Will all qualify to have the benefits of his sacrifice applied to them? NO! Because it entails a life lived in imitation of the Christ…he is our model. (1 Pet 2:21) Failure to follow the model, and to accept the value of his sacrifice and show appreciation for it by sacrificing your own time and energy in the same work that Jesus and his apostles did, will not get us far.
The all important preaching work (that Jesus assigned to his disciples before his departure) was to continue until “the end”. (Matt 28:19-20; Matt 24:14) So what “end“is this?
And do we see your brotherhood participating in it as a cohesive united body of Christians who all believe the same truth the world over……because there is only one truth.
Who are your brotherhood? With whom do you worship? (Heb 10:24-25)
How about we do an investigation into your own beliefs?
JWs deny His ATONEMENT for my sins and your sins.
Jws will say things but their words mean something other than you think! They wont tell you this.
To a JW Jesus was a man who only died for Adams' sin because He could only die for one man since he was a man. Your sins are not washed!
Absolute hogwash! Who on earth taught you this?…..not us.
JW’s teach that Christ was “the last Adam” (1 Cor 15:45) because his sacrifice paid for what the first Adam did to us….he left a legacy of sin and death for all of us as his offspring, (Rom 5:12) which Christ came to undo. You have no understanding of redemption if your statement above is what you think we believe.

A redeemer buys back something that was lost or forfeited. Adam forfeited everlasting life for all his children, so Christ’s sacrifice buys it back for us. You should have paid more attention.

Does calling yourself a “Christian” make you one? Does calling yourself a doctor make you one?
It requires something from us….least of all accurate knowledge.
Christ did not sacrifice himself for the lazy or disobedient ones who don’t think they have to do anything for God in return.

Just as God demanded obedience from the Israelites and punished them for their disobedience….God does not change…..he still demands obedience from us in everything we do. Morally, physically and spiritually we are accountable to the one who will judge us worthy, or unworthy of life.
And Jane- you expect us to listen to you about who He was, a god who we should deny worship to, when you REJECT what He did? Be serious Jane. He died for YOU too. He died for YOU too. Believe GOD!!!!!
Please show me where I have ever said such a thing….

Denying him worship is what he would expect of those who are to exclusively worship his Father as “the only true God” (John 17:3)….Jesus is the one who was “sent” by the one whom he himself worshipped. In case you never noticed, it was the worship of his Father that Jesus always encouraged…never himself.

But certainly “obeisance” is what he merits as his Father’s “only begotten son”.
You need to do some decent Bible study and apologize to your family for publicly slandering those who have done nothing to you but try to teach you the truth. But I guess there are black sheep in nearly every family. And, since no one can come to Christ without an invitation from his Father, (John 6:65) where does that leave those out on a limb with no brotherhood who are all in agreement, (1 Cor 1:10) and who are obeying all that Jesus taught?

Thankfully Jesus is the judge….not you or me….he will let us all know soon enough who got it right and who didn’t. (Matt 7:21-23) What if you find out that your family were right, and that you got it horribly wrong? Will God correct you? He won’t correct any of us…he will allow us all to be caught in the act of being ourselves….the person he sees, not the one we think we are….therefore we will have no one to blame but ourselves if we are on the wrong road…..there are only two, and we choose which one to travel. (Matt 7:13-14)

Of course, Jesus rebuked the Pharisees. I'm not defending anybody. You can't read well. I said there is no comparison between then and now. That was the Mosiac law, we are in the age of Grace.
You’re still missing the point Jesus was making. So again I’ll say it, as you say it looks like you can’t read well, maybe try reading slowly so it actually sinks in. Yes, the Pharisees were under the Mosaic Law, but Jesus didn’t just rebuke them for legalism. He exposed their hypocrisy, pride, and self-righteousness. That kind of religious deception is just as alive today as it was then. Jesus said, “This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me” (Matthew 15:8). That’s not about keeping the law, that’s about the heart. The comparison is valid because people today still put on a religious show while rejecting the truth of God’s Word. “Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away” (2 Timothy 3:5). The age of grace doesn’t mean sin and false religion are ignored, it means salvation is available through Jesus Christ, but the same warning to the self-righteous still applies.

Everything thing you said was God driven. Christ wanted the heart of worship, not the lips. That we agree on, but Jesus sent the Holy Spirit at Pentecost and a new beginning of the church age. Jesus promised a new heart (Ezek. 36:26) and a new spirit and it happened at Pentecost and beyond. So now we worship in Spirit by the Holy Spirit within us. The pharisee's did not have that. No comparison like I said.

Let me clarify what was meant by the post, because some of you are clearly missing the point. This isn’t just about what happened between Jesus and the Pharisees, it’s about what’s still happening right now. Jesus didn’t come to pat religious people on the back. He came to expose hypocrisy, pride, and fake righteousness. In Luke 11:37–44, Jesus rebukes a Pharisee at his own dinner table, not because the man wasn’t religious, but because his religion was all for show. That same kind of outward religion still exists today, and that’s the real warning.

The post is aimed at people who think being religious or doing church things makes them right with God. It’s for those who go through motions, quote Scripture, attend services, and even teach others, but their hearts are far from Christ. Jesus came to call sinners to repentance, not to fix man-made religion. That’s why He spoke so sharply to the Pharisees; they looked holy on the outside, but were corrupt inside. The same is true of many preachers and so-called Christians today. They won’t talk about sin, they won’t call for repentance, and they twist the Bible to fit their own ideas. That’s not truth. That’s deception.

So, to be clear, this post was written to warn anyone who is trusting in religion, church attendance, or good behavior instead of a real relationship with Jesus Christ. Salvation is found in Him alone, not in traditions or feelings. If that offends you, then maybe it’s time to examine yourself. Jesus said, “Enter by the narrow gate,” and that gate is Him, nothing else. This is a wake-up call to stop playing games with your soul.

You're right that the Holy Spirit was given at Pentecost to indwell believers and that we now worship in Spirit and in truth, but that doesn’t cancel the comparison Jesus made with the Pharisees. Their issue wasn’t a lack of spiritual access, it was rebellion and pride. And here’s the key point: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are one. So the Pharisees did have the Holy Spirit right there in front of them in their face. Jesus Christ, full of the Spirit and truth, was standing face to face with them, telling them exactly what was right. I don’t think it could get any clearer or better than that. Yet they still hardened their hearts and rejected Him. That’s why the comparison still stands. Just like the Pharisees, many today have God’s truth right in front of them, in Scripture, in preaching, in testimony, and still turn away. The danger Jesus exposed back then is alive and well now. Outward religion without a changed heart is still empty.

And seriously, why in the world are you defending the Pharisees, the very ones who had Jesus murdered? I can tell you this much: the spirit I’m sensing nowadays from false teachers isn’t from God; it’s the same spirit that stood against Him then.

There you go again. And you wonder why I say a lack of reading comprehension skills. Somehow you read I am defending pharisee's. Pick that brain matter and tell me where I said that. There isn't a born again from above Christian saved by the Grace of God through Jesus Christ, would reject Jesus in his lifetime.

Yes, I said you were defending the Pharisees, not because you openly claimed them, but because your words and attitude reflect the same resistance to truth they showed. If you talk like them and react like them when Scripture corrects you, then don’t be surprised when someone points it out. And frankly, the way you’ve responded has been rude, arrogant, and uncalled for. That kind of behavior doesn’t reflect someone seeking truth , it reflects pride and hostility. “A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards” (Proverbs 29:11). If you can’t have a respectful conversation, then this discussion is over. I’ve given you the truth from God’s Word. Keep mocking if you want, but I won’t be part of it.

All I ever said was "there is no comparison" and you said all that in your post back at me and made it up all on your own. I am astonished your brain works that way. I did not infer it, say it, imply it, or anything, but you said everything from "there is no comparison'.

Hi Jane, I am glad that you replied. I would love to discuss this with you. I'm sure it would divert this the thread away from the OP more than it has already. So, I will tell you what- I will start a thread of it own on this so we can discuss it. Agree?

Since I have you on ignore, I am not hiding or avoiding anything. I have responded to you all I am going to….
You are not interested in discussing anything with me…..you are only interested in tearing down what you came to despise growing up….sorry, not interested in a hate thread. Take your slander somewhere else.

And remember that we will all stand before the same judge.
Many will find their confidence soon disappear. (Matt 7:21-23) As if confidence was a criteria all by itself.
I’ll wait and see…..

What? if you have me on ignore then how do you know I replied? I never even answered your post. I told you I did not want to divert this one. So why shun me? . I waited for you but you did not reply. So, I made the new thread already. Go there.
