And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.

The whole world is not saved, nor is being saved, but only them that receive Jesus within the heart are being saved and washed clean of their sins.

OSAS, unlike the world, believes Jesus is the propitiation for all sins of the world, but like the world, they are not washed clean from their sins by His blood.

They believe in Jesus paying the price for sins, but they do believe receiving Jesus to be washed and saved from their sins.

Else, they would not be calling themselves sinners sinning like the world.

They're more than glad to receive His forgiveness for their sins, but not His power to deliver them from sinning:

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

They love to talk about how all their sins are paid for at the cross, but not once do they ever speak of being washed clean from their sins by His blood: Not Once.

And if they ever do begin to actually speak of doing right, it is always with the qualification of still sinning some more from time to time: Never do they just preach righteousness, without also preaching some more sin to do.

They want their sins paid for, but not at the cost of their sins: their free salvation is their get out of jail free cross.

It's all free and costs them only 'unbelief', but not their sins.
