An explained KJV error is still an error. Since the KJV translated the Textus Receptus, itself taken from the Byzantine Text, usually that explanation will be based on textual variations. Erasmus, Beza and Stephanus all had their own non-identical editions of the Textus Receptus, and it appears that the compilers of the KJV had all three open on their desks.

I have done some real reading about the awful KJV, the worst translation available in English today. More importantly, I have real experience with the KJV. Those who read KJV tend to be IDOLATORS, which kept me from reading the Bible for decades!
"Thee" and "thou" are not nitpicking, stupid and irrelevant but proof the KJV is archaic. It might be true that the best translation of the Bible is in German but I don't speak German. And I don't speak Middle English either. My friends and I don't "whithersoever thou goest" too often.

Doesn't need to be. The translation should not get in the way of reading in one's native tongue. The KJV certainly does.
And once one gets past that, the translation has more errors than any other English translation available today. So, why would one read it?

Yes. I don't know how many times I have to tell you that I am an expert in how horrible the KJV is.
Unimportant to KJV IDOLATORS, perhaps. It is a deal breaker for the likes of me.
Rather than continue to engage in Ad Homenim, why not answer the question I've asked numerous times? The KJV translation has more errors than any other English translation available today AND is in a language nobody speaks today (with archiac virtual Middle English). So, why would one read it?
