Both have haters. The difference is that there are a bunch of people who like Trump, too, while nobody actually likes Biden.
The last election was (a) people voting FOR Trump and (b) people voting AGAINST Trump. Biden was irrelevant. He could have been replaced with a large rock with a smiley face painted on it and it would have garnered the same results (and possibly would have been smarter).
