There are those in Christianity that believe Jesus had a sin nature because He had a human body. Nature comes from a progenitor, someone able to reproduce. Jesus had the nature of His Father, born of a virgin without any help of a human father. We know Jesus never sinned because sin comes from your nature. An important scripture to look at is in John 14:30

30 Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.

What was it the Prince of this world did not have in Jesus; he did not have his nature in Jesus like he did in the rest of the world.
Nature comes by a father, the seed, Jesus had the seed of His Father, the incorruptible seed, 1 Peter 1:23

23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

For those that are looking for their completion in Christ here it is. Completed by Christ in you, the seed of God, a birthing has taken place, born again by the seed of God, Colossians 2:10

10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

Contrary to popular belief the born again have one nature, one seed and that seed is Christ, there is no two dogs fighting for power over you. You have an unrenewed mind but that is far from your completeness in Christ.
So you can see now it becomes a mind issue and knowing where to find the message of the new birth. Paul's gospel only can reveal to you the knowledge you need for mind renewal. The born again believer needs to stay with Paul until the message of the new birth is indelible fixed in them by the HolySpirit.
The Christ in you needs your soul-mind to express life, we are dead in the water and Christ sits like an old man in a rocking chair patiently waiting for you to see the new birth.
It is His nature in you that will be everything to you, the old sin-Satan nature is dead in Christ and now you are free to see Christ as the life of every born again believer, Ephesians 2:1-3

1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;

2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

Your freedom came at a high price, it is a slap in the face to Jesus Himself to think we have some kind of a life of our own.
The scriptures are very plain and clear on the death of every human that has ever lived, at the cross, Galatians 2:20

20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Romans 5:17

17 For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)

Jesus didn't have an old man...but He did have a natural man. Otherwise He would not have needed training.

Jesus also prayed...not My will but Yours be done. How can this be? Well Jesus had a natural man as we have. He was fully human.

Jesus perfected the victory over the natural man by a new life in Him. So we are to carry the dying of Jesus in the natural man so that the life of Jesus can quicken the inner man.

Jesus perfected the victory over the natural man by a new life in Him. So we are to carry the dying of Jesus in the natural man so that the life of Jesus can quicken the inner man.

"For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin." Heb 4:15

He was tempted which meant that he had within him those same three things which attracted his flesh as they attract our flesh. to sin.

"For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world" I John 2:16.

Yes, Jesus had these things, but from natural birth Jesus had advantages over you and I. At least two advantages:

The first was he was already the Word of God, which means he knew the answers to every question which any man of flesh might ask as God knows all of the answers... and of course the Word of God is the power of God.

"And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth." John 1:14

The second was that he had no sin history from natural birth. Sin history is developed as a man of flesh develops habits. Not all habits are sinful but some habits practiced will lead us to sin. These things need to be overcome. Once a man had all of the God inspired scripture within himself and it was all quickened [brought to Life] by the Holy Spirit within himself... it really would be possible to not sin ever again...

When a person comes to God he begins to consume the flesh of Jesus [scripture] and when he receives the Holy Spirit into himself that Spirit [Blood] begins to bring the flesh to Life. Jesus did not need to consume the flesh nor drink the blood. The Word of God was alive in him. It was him.

Jesus came to clean our slate... that is to remove all of the sin, but the ways of man, the ways of sin, the bad habits that lead us to sin, remained. This is to be the work of the Word of God in us once we have been cleaned by the sacrifice of Jesus. The Holy Spirit quickens the consumed flesh [scriptures] of Jesus so that the Word of God can overcome those ways which when followed would lead us to sin again.

The sinlessness of the Lord Jesus is completely Scriptural and vitally important.
