Who gonna be the Mediator?

A mediator mediates a covenant that has not gone into effect yet. Once a covenant is in effect there is no longer a need for someone to mediate.

Correct! So jesus is presently mediating the new covenant- not enforcing it. One mediates something to get it to go into effect. Once a covenant is in effect there is no longer a need for a mediator!
