Matthew 8:11 And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.
[Luke 13:29 KJV] 29 And they shall come from the east, and [from] the west, and from the north, and [from] the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God.
At the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ, the scattered Jews will be returned to their promised land. They will be, along with the old testament saints, given the promised kingdom on earth.
Matthew 8:12 But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Not all of Israel will enter the kingdom. They are saved unto eternal life by believing on Jesus, that he is the Son of God, their Messiah (John 20:31); but to enter the kingdom, they have to be righteous, by keeping the commandments, and enduring to the end. Matthew 5:20 Matthew 7:21 Mark 13:13
If they fail to endure to the end (Matthew 10:22), they will be cast out into outer darkness. This is not to say they are cast into hell. Those that do not receive Jesus will be cast into hell; but these have believed on Jesus, they are the children of the kingdom that have not done what was required of them in order to inherit that kingdom. Luke 13:28
In Matthew 13:42 below those cast into hell are described as wailing.
Matthew 13:42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
In Matthew 24:51 below those cast into outer darkness are described as weeping. Outer darkness is not hell, but rather, loss of inheritance in the kingdom. Scripture is very precise and every word is deliberately selected.
[Matthew 24:51 KJV] 51 And shall cut him asunder, and appoint [him] his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
