My mom has trouble too. She has edema. Fresh Pineapple or juice helps and furthermore it helps with swelling. Goldilocks smoothie helps. Lymphatic massage are good. I lay down and put my legs up against a wall and just lay there for a few minutes. It helps the blood in the body circulation back to the heart. Lymphatic system too.
