Among other topics, he explained why they must attack Rafah. He said the last four battalions of Hamas are in Rafah. So they must eradicate Hamas or else Hamas will keep attacking Israel. (Hamas says in their charter to kill every Jew no matter where they find them.)

Netanyahu said Israel warns citizens by leaflets, texts and phone to leave the area before they attack. But he said Hamas uses civilians as human shields. He said Israel also sends food, water and medical supplies daily.
