His ministry was indeed 3.5 years.
And we do know that He died on the fourteenth day of the First Month.
But we cannot know exactly in which AD year.
There's no such thing as <<There was no 0 year>> That we know for sure.

No one knows the actual date of Jesus' birth sir, the Bible does not reveal it, and the records of Jehovah's people was destroyed in the year 70 CE.
