Well it could be AnswersinGenesis or the Creation Museum or the Ark Encounter, but they use easily recognised links.
There is a floating Ark somewhere in the Netherlands, but that also uses or used recognisable links as does the recreation of the Ark in Hong Kong so I am at a loss to know what these strange letters mean.
