Uh,does that include the alleged offenders in these reports?

They'rea threat and have allegedly murdered unarmed people.

The authorities know full well that predators will assail easy victims.
We should never forget those that want to make us unarmed victims have armed security protection.

It isn't that they don't believe firearms are vital for protection. It's that they don't want us to be armed in the event we have to protect ourselves from them.

I agree that people should be allowed to arm themselves as this is a republic of the people with the right to bear arms. The reasoning behind their desire to keep people unarmed in public areas relates to the predator problem as well. If they allow the law abiding citizens to arm themselves then who can tell the armed criminals from the law abiding citizens.

It is therefore a desire of a militarized government and a policed society to un-arm the population so that anyone carrying a weapon is a criminal. Thereby providing a safer environment for the law abiding citizens.

There are arguments on both sides of the debate. Who will win? The USA has always had the right to bear arms. And the perpetrators that go into government and public places armed and kill people are fueling enforcement of laws that go against the American way.

A lot of these perpetrators are immigrants and illegal aliens, known terrorists. And now we're seeing a lot of school shootings etc.

It has long been known that an organized and armed militia has been disallowed by the USA government. We know that from history. Are there any organized and armed militias capable of repairing a damaged government? No, they would require technological equality to the USA military.

Fear of the people taking over the military assets has fueled a militarized and policing government to quash any potential uprising.

The only way this government is going to change for the better is from within. And the GBLTQ and it's supporters and promoters of it are doing that as well. They have infiltrated the schools, law and government. Good Christians are being pushed out. Which is the fear against Trump right now. He is not necessarily a good Christian, but supports the ideals of such.

Remember Waco. Were they trying to formed an armed militia? Apparently they were suspected of stockpiling "illegal" weapons.

Koresh had a gun dealers license.

And investigations showed there were no grounds for,no evidence of, alleged child abuse.

Koresh and his community were targeted so to send a message.

OBEY! OR, we'll kill you!

And they did. While opportunists down the road from the compound sold updated swag,shirts,stickers, advertising the siege.
David Koresh saw them when he'd go out and jog daily.


But.....government said they merely wanted to arrest him but he wouldn't come out.

So,they eventually went in with tanks that shot fire into the building as soon as the wall was breached.

Yes,it did. Those of us who watched it live saw that. But you likely won't see it anywhere in the archives of media again.

A close friend of mine used to take the subway every day to work. Not in NYC but similar high crime place. She tolerated all the urine and drugs down there until recently when someone was murdered on the nearest station to us, thankfully she stopped using it after that.

Carrying is a good idea but an even better idea is looking for a new job and getting out of that dump of a city.

Agreed.The quality of life is traveling downhill fast. While the cost of living there is enormous and escalating nearly on a daily basis.
