Hi, everybody, I am new here. I have learned that obeying the Lord's commandments keeps me out of a lot of trouble.

Hi Sir; good to see you; Paul to the Romans at the beginning and at the end of the Epistle speaks of 'obedience to the faith' and 'the obedience of faith'. He also writes movingly of the Lord Jesus' 'obedience unto death, even the death of the Cross' (Philippians 2).
Yes, Paul teaches us to pray constantly (1 Thessalonians 5:17).

Obedience to Him is for our own good as, He is perfect in ALL His ways, as the scriptures say. He isn't a killjoy but, He wants His children to listen to Him so they will be blessed and have His peace.
