The Will of GOD, is also living the faith;

Jesus made it very clear that doing the will of God is not only about believing in Him with words but about living in obedience and love. He said that not everyone who calls Him “Lord” will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only those who do the will of His Father. This shows that faith in words alone is not enough, because calling Him Lord without obeying Him will not open the door of life. When He was asked about eternal life, He answered directly that if one wishes to enter into life, one must keep the commandments. He also said that whoever does the will of His Father in heaven is His brother and sister and mother, showing that belonging to Him requires living by the Father’s will.

At the same time, Jesus also said that the will of the Father is that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life. Believing in Him is therefore part of God’s will, but it is not the whole. Faith and obedience must go together, for Jesus never separated the two. The law and the prophets had already taught the same truth, when Moses asked Israel what the Lord required of them, and answered that it was to fear the Lord, to walk in His ways, to love Him, to serve Him with all the heart and soul, and to keep His commandments. James, one of the Lord’s disciples, and brother later warned that people should be doers of the word and not hearers only, for otherwise they deceive themselves.

Jesus gave many examples of what it means to do the will of God. He said that the merciful will receive mercy, teaching us to forgive others, to help the poor, and to show kindness. He commanded His followers to give to those who ask, not to turn away those in need, and when holding a feast to invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, and the blind, who cannot repay. In this we see that caring for the weak, such as widows, orphans, the sick, and the poor, is part of the will of God. He also gave a strong warning in the parable of the sheep and the goats, where He said that those who fed the hungry, gave drink to the thirsty, clothed the naked, visited the sick, and came to those in prison were doing it for Him, and they will inherit the kingdom. But those who refused to do these things, even if they call Him Lord, will be cast out.

Forgiveness is also central to the Father’s will. Jesus said that if we forgive others their sins, our Father will forgive us, but if we do not forgive, we cannot expect forgiveness. He commanded even more, saying that we must love our enemies, bless those who curse us, do good to those who hate us, and pray for those who persecute us. This shows that the will of God is not only keeping the commandments but going further into mercy, compassion, and selfless love.

All these teachings come together in the picture Jesus gave of two men who built houses. The wise man built on a rock because he heard the words of Christ and did them, while the foolish man heard but did not do, and his house fell. In the same way, the will of God is both to believe in His Son and to keep His commandments by living them out in daily life. It is to have a living faith that acts in love, a faith that feeds the hungry, visits the sick, clothes the poor, forgives enemies, shows mercy, and obeys God’s word. This is the faith that stands firm before God, for it is built on the rock of Christ’s own teaching.

Blessings

lets not forget Jesus, the disciples of jesus, his brother James, Jude...
From the first page unto the last page , let us be refreshed daily in the scriptures .
For many deceivers there be who wear wool .
The TRUTH is not loved by many . And tell me if one twists and even omits His words
Where is the LOVE for GOD in all of that .
IF a man despises HIS WORDS , THEN THEY DESPISE HE who inspired such lovely words of TRUTH .
WHO in fact IS THE VERY TRUTH .
Many have a problem with the scriptures . And they may try and pretend and tell themselves
OH we have no problem with the scrips .
So then WHY TWIST and omit them and follow men . YEAH they DO have a problem with TRUTH
and thus WITH HE WHO IS THE TRUTH .
We cannot LOVE GOD and hate HIS words
WE simply do not have the LOVE of CHRIST within us if a man despises HIS WORDS .
SO i leave us with JESUS own words that he long ago told pilate , when pilate had asked him , SO you are a king then .........
FOR THIS CAUSE was i born and for this reason came i into the world
To testify of THE TRUTH and all who are of the Truth HEAR MY VOICE .
Haters of the truth are haters of GOD and of Christ . And marvel not that many who even appear to wear wool
DO just that . Not looking good at all my friend . And worse it has got and worse it will get in this world
The sheep must stand upon the ROCK of our SALVATION , CHRIST JESUS and time for us to do exploits
to point to Christ and all biblical doctrine .

Hey Behold, you know that God had other guys besides Paul? Guys like Daniel, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, and many others.

The Cross of Christ birthed the NT Church.......the "body of Christ".

Most of the NT Church, are Gentiles.

Paul is the "Apostle to the Gentiles'......... are you a Jew? @ShineTheLight ? If not you are a Gentile and Paul is your specific Apostle.

"Paul is the Apostle TO...the Gentiles".

Jesus chose Paul..specifically ...to deliver the doctrine for the NT Church, (that is mostly Gentiles).

In 2nd Peter, before there was a NT........and there were only the Apostles Letters........ Peter had Paul's letters, and said they are "Scripture".... they are equal to the Jew's Torah..
WHen the NT was completed, we find that most of the Epistles, are written by Paul, and all the Church Doctrine is found in Paul's Epistles.

What im showing you is Bible 101.

Paul is the Apostle who gave "THE Gospel", and any other is cursed... Galatians 1:9 (until the Trib starts).

Paul is the only Apostle who told you this... @ShineTheLight

The claim that Paul is the foundation of the gospel and the only one who gave the truth is false. Jesus Himself is the one who brought the gospel, not Paul. The Lord said, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel” (Mark 1:15). This was long before Paul was even converted. The gospel began with Christ, not with Paul.

Jesus also chose His apostles, the twelve, and gave them the command to carry His gospel to all nations. He said to them, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:19–20). Notice that Jesus did not say He would send Paul later with a new message. He gave His own disciples everything needed for the salvation of Jews and Gentiles alike.

Again He told them, “You shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth” (Acts 1:8). This shows clearly that the gospel was to be preached by the apostles of Jesus, to the Jews and then to the Gentiles, and finally to the whole world.

When the Gentiles first heard the word and received the Holy Spirit, it was not through Paul, but through Peter chosen by God to preach the gospel to the gentiles,"And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe".. Cornelius, a Roman centurion, was told by an angel to send for Peter, not Paul (Acts 10:5). And when Peter came and spoke the words of Jesus, the Holy Spirit fell on the Gentiles (Acts 10:44–45). Peter then declared, “Can anyone forbid water, that these should not be baptized who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have?” (Acts 10:47). This proves that the gospel to the Gentiles began with Peter, chosen by God and Christ, not with Paul.

The idea that Paul’s letters are the only place of “church doctrine” is false. Jesus Himself taught the commandments of God. He said, “If you want to enter into life, keep the commandments” (Matthew 19:17). He also said, “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven” (Matthew 7:21). John, one of the twelve, confirmed this, “He who says, ‘I know Him,’ and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him” (1 John 2:4). This is clear doctrine, and it comes from Jesus and His chosen disciples, not Paul.

As for the claim that Peter called Paul’s letters “scripture,” the passage in 2 Peter 3:16 says that some of Paul’s writings are hard to understand and are twisted by the unstable. But this does not place Paul’s writings above Christ’s own words, nor does it make Paul the foundation of the gospel. The foundation is Christ alone. Jesus said, “On this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it” (Matthew 16:18). The rock is Christ Himself, and the faith in Him, not Paul.

The curse in Galatians 1:9 does not overrule the words of Jesus. The true gospel is the one Jesus preached from the beginning: repentance, obedience, and faith in Him. He said, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him” (John 14:23).

So the truth is simple: Jesus brought the gospel, His apostles carried it, Peter first opened it to the Gentiles, and the church is built on Christ alone. Paul is not the one who gave the gospel, and no Scripture says that the whole New Testament church rests on him. It all rests on Jesus, the Son of God.

No one has posted that "paul is the foundation of the gospel, and that he is the only one who gave truth".

So, what you need to do, is be honest, as what you posted is not related to what i posted.

I'll post again, what i posted.

1.) Paul's Gospel, is THE Gospel, and any other is CURSED........ Galatians 1:8

2.) Paul's Doctrine, is THE Doctrine for the Church, that he personally received from Jesus, along with HIS Gospel.

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

Paul's gospel is not "repent and be water baptized".
Paul's Gospel has no water baptism in it.
Paul's Gospel is "Justification by faith".

Peter did preach to the gentiles, and then his ministry remained for the Jews.
This is the same with John and with James.

Paul however, was chosen FOR the Gentiles.......not Peter.
Paul is the "Apostle TO the Gentiles"......not Peter.

The idea that Paul’s letters are the only place of “church doctrine” is false. Jesus Himself taught the commandments of God.

Jesus taught the commandments of God to the Jews, because when Jesus was on the Earth, during His minitry....He only sought out the Jews........and because He had not died on The Cross yet, there were no Christians at that time.

Paul teaches the CHRISTIANS... the Doctrine for the Church. The CHURCH is the Body of Christ that is mostly Gentiles.

Paul is the "Apostle to the Gentiles".

The curse in Galatians 1:9 does not overrule the words of Jesus.

What the Galatians 1:8 verse does is it shows us the True Gospel and it reveals religious heretics who do not know the True Gospel.
People who do not know the True Gospel, prove it by claiming that "repent and be water baptized" is the Gospel.
Its not.
That teaching came from John The Baptist..who was talking to Jews.....and told them to "repent and be water baptized".
Peter, who only know of this teaching......told the JEWS during Pentecost the same gospel of John the Baptist.
Later, when Peter learned Paul's Gospel.....He only taught the True Gospel.

So the truth is simple: Jesus brought the gospel,

None of the Apostles, while Christ was on earth with them, had learned Paul's Gospel.
This is because Paul's Gospel was revealed to Him, after Jesus was back in Heaven.

Paul's Gospel is "Christ Crucified"....."the Preaching of the Cross"......and none of the 12 Apostles knew this Gospel, when Jesus was on earth, and they never taught it.
Jesus had to die before Paul's Gospel came into effect, and Jesus was not dead yet, when He was with the 12 Apostles, during his 3.5 yrs of ministry.

Jesus made the will of God very clear. He said, “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven” (Matthew 7:21).

And the OSAS folks will come along and claim that this is not applicable to Christians because they'll falsely claim Jesus was teaching law to the Jews during His ministry and as such Christians are to IGNORE the Word of Jesus and instead follow only the words of Paul because they have made an idol out of Paul and that's who their "savior" is

1 Timothy 6:3-5
If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;
He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,
Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.

So according to their boy Paul... the OSAS folks are... they are proud, knowing nothing, raising questions that create strife producing envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings, perverse disputings, they are of men of corrupt minds, destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness

They became this way by following tenants of reformed theology by false teachers who twist God's Word as they are speaking for the devil and not for God

2 Peter 3:16
As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.

It's too bad these folks refuse to accept the whole counsel of God and instead they like being cherry pickersclueless-doh.gif

Luke 6:46
And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?

They don't honor the Words of Jesus so obviously Jesus is not their Lord. disagree.gif

Jesus was teaching law to the Jews during His ministry and as such Christians are to IGNORE the Word of Jesus

Jesus was teaching the "law" to the Jews, because they were at that time still "under the Law", and still are under it.

Christians are not.......Chrisitans are "not under the Law but under (God's) Grace".

No born again believer is under the law, because the born again are "not under the Law but under (God's). Grace".
There is no Moses Law found in God's Grace.

Notice....

""""""The Law (including the 10 commandments) came by MOSES........but Grace and Truth came by Jesus""""

Now, Jesus explains the Truth, as ... John 14:6..."The only way to the Father is by ME (through me".......and what He means by that is......The only way to the Father, is The Cross of Christ, as that is the New Covenant and the Blood Atonement.

So, a Real Christian, is going to share this Gospel with an unbeliever, because the Real Christian knows that the sinner's forgiveness and their Salvation is found as Jesus's Sacrifice on the Cross., and that is Paul's Gospel.

""The Preaching OF THE CROSS">.. that is........The Gospel of the GRACE of God".

I agree that many people are putting Paul before Christ, but they often deny it. If you look closely at their posts, the truth becomes clear. They talk about Paul almost exclusively, and the symbol of the cross is mentioned frequently, but little else. It’s as if Jesus’ entire life and teachings were reduced to His death on the cross. Their focus is almost entirely on the cross, ignoring the wealth of everything else that Jesus did and said throughout His ministry.

Many call Jesus “Lord,” yet few understand what it truly means to do the Father’s will. From the beginning, God revealed His will through His commandments, His prophets, and finally through His Son. Jesus warned that not everyone who calls on Him will enter the kingdom, but only those who obey the will of God. In His words we find life, truth, and the path to eternal salvation. This is not about human traditions or opinions, but about surrendering to what God Himself has spoken, and living it out in faith, love, and obedience.

From the very beginning, God has never left mankind in darkness concerning His will. He revealed it in His commandments, He repeated it through His prophets, and He showed it perfectly in His Son. The will of God is not hidden—it is life, it is truth, it is love, and it is holiness. To walk in it is to walk in blessing, and to turn away from it is to walk in death.

In the Old Testament, God spoke to Israel and gave them His law. He declared, “You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength” (Deuteronomy 6:5). This is the first and highest expression of His will. It means that the whole heart, the whole soul, and the whole strength of man belong to Him, not partly but fully. In daily life this means that no idol, no desire, no pursuit of wealth, pleasure, or honor can be placed above God. To do His will is to put Him first when we rise in the morning and when we rest at night, when we speak with others and when we are alone in secret.

Moses also made it plain when he asked, “What does the LORD your God require of you, but to fear the LORD your God, to walk in all His ways and to love Him, to serve the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to keep the commandments of the LORD and His statutes which I command you today for your good?” (Deuteronomy 10:12-13). Here the will of God is described in detail: fear Him, meaning to honor Him and never treat His words lightly; walk in His ways, meaning to follow the path He sets out; love Him, not in word only but in action; serve Him with all the heart and soul, meaning to live with devotion; and keep His commandments, not grudgingly, but knowing they are given for our good. In everyday life this means honesty in our dealings, faithfulness in our promises, purity in our thoughts, and kindness toward others.

The prophet Micah gave a simple summary that touches the heart: “He has shown you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?” (Micah 6:8). Justice means treating others with fairness and truth, not taking advantage of the weak. Mercy means showing forgiveness and compassion, even when it is not deserved. Walking humbly with God means not lifting ourselves up in pride, but recognizing that He is the giver of life and that all we are belongs to Him. This is His will.

When Jesus came, He revealed the Father’s will not only in words but also in how He lived. He said, “I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me” (John 6:38). Every word He spoke, every act of compassion, every prayer, every step of obedience—even to the cross—was the Father’s will done perfectly. And He revealed what the Father desires for us: “This is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day” (John 6:40). Here is the promise of eternal life, but it comes only to those who see Jesus for who He truly is, believe in Him with faith, and follow His teaching with obedience and Love.

Jesus also gave a strong warning: “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’” (Matthew 7:21-23). It is possible to call Him Lord, to claim faith, and even to do mighty works, yet still be far from Him if we live in sin. The will of God is not fulfilled in empty words or in outward displays, but in turning from lawlessness and obeying His commands in truth.

He also declared, “Whoever does the will of My Father in heaven is My brother and sister and mother” (Matthew 12:50). This shows that obedience to God’s will is greater even than family ties. In daily life this means that our true fellowship is with those who live in obedience to God, not only with those who are bound to us by blood. Jesus further promised, “If anyone desires to do His will, he shall know concerning the doctrine, whether it is from God or whether I speak on My own authority” (John 7:17). Those who sincerely wish to do God’s will are given light and understanding. In practical terms, when we set our heart to obey, God Himself teaches us, opens our eyes, and gives us discernment so that we are not led astray.

Jesus summarized all the law and the prophets with two great commandments: “‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets” (Matthew 22:37-40). To do the will of God means first to love Him with all our being and second to love others in the same way we care for ourselves. In daily life this means showing patience, generosity, kindness, and forgiveness to others, just as we desire these things for ourselves.

Yet Jesus raised the standard higher, commanding not only love for neighbors but also for enemies: “Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust” (Matthew 5:44-45). God’s will is that His children show mercy as He shows mercy, extending kindness even to those who harm them. In daily life this means praying for those who hurt us, refusing to answer hatred with hatred, and showing good where evil was expected. In doing this, we show ourselves to be children of the heavenly Father.

For this reason Jesus taught us to pray, “Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10). In heaven the will of God is done perfectly, and Jesus taught us to seek the same obedience here on earth. To do the will of God is to make our lives a reflection of His kingdom, where love, holiness, and mercy reign.

Therefore the will of God, as revealed in both the Old Testament and the words of Jesus, is clear and unchanging. It is to love Him with all our being, to keep His commandments, to fear Him, to walk in His ways, to do justice, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with Him. It is to believe in His Son, to hear His words and put them into practice, to turn from sin, to love our neighbour as ourselves, and even to love our enemies. Those who do His will are His true children, His true family, and they will receive eternal life, for Jesus Himself said, “This is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day” (John 6:40).

Behold,

I believe there is a misunderstanding here. Jesus did not come teaching the Law only because the Jews were under it. He came to fulfill the Law and to show what God truly requires. He Himself said, “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill” (Matthew 5:17). He also warned, “Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven”(Matthew 5:19). These are the words of Jesus, not Moses.

It is true that grace and truth came by Jesus Christ (John 1:17). But this does not mean grace replaces God’s commandments. Jesus said clearly, “If you love Me, keep My commandments” (John 14:15). He did not say, “Since you are under grace, you no longer need to keep them.” Grace does not remove obedience to the Commendments—it teaches us how to walk in holiness.

When asked what one must do to inherit eternal life, Jesus answered, “If you want to enter into life, keep the commandments” (Matthew 19:17). He then listed the same commandments given at Sinai. In fact, when the rich young ruler claimed he had kept them, Jesus told him to go further—showing that obedience must be from the heart, not only in outward actions. As for the Cross, yes, salvation is only through the sacrifice of Christ, for He gave His life for the forgiveness of sins (Matthew 26:28). But He also said, “Why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do the things which I say?” (Luke 6:46). Jesus did not separate His cross from His teachings—He calls us to both believe and obey.

So the true gospel is not “Paul’s gospel,” but the gospel of Jesus Christ Himself. He said, “This gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come” (Matthew 24:14). The gospel of the kingdom includes faith in His sacrifice and obedience to His commands.
Therefore, we must be careful not to set grace against God’s law. Grace is God’s mercy that forgives our past sins and gives us strength to walk in His ways. And Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6)—the same Jesus who told us plainly to keep His commandments if we love Him.

Yep, the don't know that they have been deceived by the devil in to following canal man made religion instead of the Lord Jesus

2 Timothy 3:5
Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

Therefore, we must be careful not to set grace against God’s law.

And we need to remember that in the New Covenant we are under the Law of Christ and not the levitical law which Jesus took away that He may establish the New Covenant

Hebrews 10:9
Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.
(God said He would make a New Covenant - see Jeremiah 31:31-34)

Hebrews 8:6
But now hath Jesus obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also Jesus is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.

And with the changing of the priesthood, God’s Word tells us there is also a change of the law.

Hebrews 7:12
For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law.

My friend , by now , you do realize why it is men would preach such a thing concerning paul .
And yet try and make it seem as his gospel was somehow different than that of peter or any other apostel .
THEY CHERRY PICKED parts of what paul says and twisted even His words to form their own beloved pauline doctrine .
They do NOT LIKE other reminders
and not only that THEY dont even LIKE much of pauls writings . THEY TWIST my friend .
Paul had rebuked those men who brought pualine doctrine unto the church . HE had rebuked them BLIND i tell us all .
Pauline doctrine is not true , its like any other twisted doctrine , IT has truths but those truths are used
TO often OMIT THE TRUTH they did not want to obey , pratice , follow or beleieve.
But what i say to one i say to all , Not an apostel one , to include paul CONTRADICTED one another
OR preached a different gospel , THEY ALL taught the same gospel BY THE SAME HOLY SPIRIT
That was FIRST GIVEN and preached BY JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF . men love to twist because men love to sin . now this is a fact my friend . And on the day of the LORD , lest they repent of it , ITS GONNA BE A VERY PAINFUL Fact to them all .
Wailing will be heard .
