Long ago I traveled across the border into Mexico via Tijuana. The vehicles there included some that appeared to intentionally impact mine in rush hour back to the USA thru the border patrol gate.

When I got back, which was around 2003, it was explained to me as follows:

"Be careful, under Mexico law, if a US citizen gets into a vehicular accident with a Mexican citizen, it is always determined to be the US citizens fault, no matter who caused the accident."

"You will be required to pay somehow, if not you may be arrested and detained until you can pay. They could ask if you have anyone that can pay for you."

----

Whether that was a true directed of how Mexico law works back then, I am not sure. But often stories come out of that country that are criminal as well. We find criminal organized atrocities in every country. Some countries and areas of countries are warned against for a reason.

----

Oddly border regions of Mexico long ago looked like 3rd world countries. People were many and people were poor. Finding the needs met of their people probably was difficult. Some Mexican nationals would come to the US and earn much more in US dollars than down in poor areas.

That meant that they could be allowed legally to enter the US for work only. A type of work visa or pass. Others were sometimes allowed to become citizens of the US. With that came illegal citizens and illegal behaviors near borders.

The black gang and "ghetto" areas looked poor in the US also. Heavily ran by criminal groups. Or organized crime groups.

That was similar to border regions in Mexico.

They might get into the US illegally and if so, would have to commit crimes often to survive.

As many worked for the rich and middle class that appeared rich, there might have been reports "back then" of abuse of classes, which amounted to a type of abuse of authority.

Also the idea of "privileged" middle class and upper class came up in different words and languages from Mexican citizens. Eventually we heard that word here in the US.

It has always been crime against God and his laws and people that have caused problems. Christ and his ways have always been the solution.

----

Looking at 3rd world countries, low pay labor, forced or by accident, can look like slavery. Abuse of class or authority can also look like enslaved people.

We can always blame someone. And some are to blame.

If a country created a "ghetto" or "3rd world country" condition for their people, that is called "oppression" of it's people. If intentional and unnecessary than it is illegal and can amount to an enslaving condition for some or many.

But as always criminal groups only make the problem worse.

Rackateering, gangs, illegal drugs, assaults, murders, rapes, false witness and imprisonment, thefts, etc. Those are mostly grievess sins.

----

The great depression, natural disasters, weather changes for specific sized regions, warfare.

Those mentioned above can cost us. In many cases we can easily remedy the problem with wize planning and labor, food crops, housing and honest work are the solution.

Thank You,

Devin,

God the father, heavenly father thru Jesus the Christ and their holy spirit have said they will not tolerate the creation or re-creation of the spiritual cities of Sodom and Egypt which I see today.

They will be dismantled and destroyed.

They have mocked God too much. He is slow to anger, but that time draws to an end.

As they mocked God in Jesus's time and throughout history.

If countries and it's businesses, organizations or authorities have created conditions of oppression for the abuse of its citizens (including enslaving conditions of poverty, allowing organized criminal groups to run rampant against good God fearing and God loving people), they will be addressed by God on behalf of those that desire of him. Judgement is his, God the Father's.

Exchanges of such crimes are difficult to find between countries and its leaders of any type of authority whether it be business or other powers.

---

Along with sometimes abuses of rich, middle class, authorities against oppressed people,

Are the organized crime oppressed groups harming often innocent middle, rich and lower class citizens.

Cheers,

Devin
