Discovered after 50 years of research. Still discovered nothing of 'opse' meaning 'after'!...

Opse’ Adverb

Matthew 28:1 “Now late on the Sabbath” – “in the end of the Sabbath” – “Toe laat die Sabbat”

Opse’ Adverbial Verb

Matthew 27:4 σὺ ὄψῃYou are late! Close the door as you leave!” (‘videris’) “Te laat— sien kom klaar!

Acts 18:15 ὄψεσθε αὐτοί — “It’s late, time for me to go now” - “Dis laat, ek moet nou gaan”

Robertson 109/110 THE PLACE OF THE NEW TESTAMENT IN THE KOINH

Thayer3 Lang. of the N. T., Hast. D. B. Cf. also C. Wessely, Die lat. Elem. In der Grac. der agyp. Papyrusurk., Wien. Stud., 24 (1902). calls attention also to σὺ ὄψῃ (Mt. 27:4) as being like videris. So also ὄψεσθε αὐτοί (Ac. 18:15).

WHERE HAVE ALL THE JESUITS GONE!!
