Can you read "US intelligence’s amended estimate" that report you speaking of has been contested sense it came out it was never declared as 100% fact even the UN doubts it ...
There's something wrong when an agency for a foreign nation is releasing US Intelligence information. Be that as it may, the only thing of real substance in the article you quoted is this, "By late January, 2009, Iran will have accumulated enough low-grade enriched uranium (up to 5%) for its “break-out” to weapons grade (90%) material within a short time. "That does NOT say that Iran has a nuclear weapons program. That does not say Iran will produce weapons-grade uranium. That does not say Iran will be be able to produce a nuclear bomb any time soon. That does not contradict anything in the report I linked to.The report I linked to is the uncontested agreement of the US intelligence agencies. Not just uncontested, but most of the US agencies have their highest confidence that Iran ended their program in 2003. The UN or the IAEA have not said they believe Iran has a nuclear weapons program. The only people contesting the intelligence agencies conclusions are the dogs of war, and that is only because they want an excuse to murder people.Without reading the actual report, I don't know what the report really says or what it means when Iran will be able to "break-out" to higher grade refinement. But, what I do know is this: There is no clock ticking. There will not be a clock ticking until Iran actually starts producing weapons-grade uranium (at which point, they do have a nuclear weapons program are are just a few years away from having nuclear bombs). Until that time, anyone who is pushing for war with Iran is doing the Devil's work. BTW, why doesn't it bother you that Pakistan has nuclear weapons? An unstable, Arab-Muslim state with intimate connections to Osama bin Laden and the Taliban? Why do you panic at a state that wants to stop importing expensive oil for electric power but not to Pakistan that just wants nuclear bombs?
