Click to start a new topic, then check the right-hand side of the topic input area. There is a link that says: Manage Topic Poll

Thanks for the info. I selected the manage polls but couldn't figure out how to bring the topic over to "start new topic". I thought it would do it automatically after I put in the poll title and questions and selected "finish", but it didn't. A little help, please.

This forum software manages the polls somewhat differently. When you create that poll and finish up, that information is stored. The topic title and commentary is separate from the poll. Basically with the polling options you title the poll, ask the question and setup the responses. Then you name the poll thread in the normal area and add any commentary.
