I am concerned about my dad, I say 'concerned', not worried, because I know the Lord will take care of my dad. My dad had a fall, it was a few weeks ago. My dad is 81 years old. Dad and I used to go to a small southern baptist church together. He got angry over politics. my dad does not like Donald Trump. This was some years ago, before Mr. trump became president. i mean recently, my dad did not like it when they criticized Joe Biden and praised Mr. trump. We voted for Kamala Harris. I have confusing opinions. I think Mr. Trump should be nicer to illegal immigrants. I know it is wrong to sneak into America illegally, but I feel sorry for illegal immigrants, I have compassion for them. When Jesus Christ died on the cross, He died to save everybody, not just American citizens. I think illegal immigrants should be given a way to go back to their native countries and come back legally, American government should encourage legal migration. I realize treating illegal immigrants badly is a way of discouraging more illegal immigrants. I do not like Trump's attitude and language.
My dad fell and got hurt. His face and head were damaged. He stumbled while on the way to the bathroom. My mom took him to the ER. He has healed and is doing a lot better. I have been praying for him. i have been praying and reading the Bible a lot more often lately. This happened at home. So we have not been going to church. I pray for the president. I realize a lot of people have different opinions, this does not mean someone is good or evil, someone is a Christian or not. People have different opinions. I am getting used to understanding why people think a certain way. I love, forgive people, I have love, compassion. I am trying to get rid of anger and malice.
My cat Puff helps me to feel better. I am trying to get Puff to stop biting and scratching me. He's just a cat. I must be nice, gentle, calm with Puff. I am learning to take good care of him. He is cute, a little spoiled. Art is great for stress relief. I am getting into nature art. I like to draw flowers, trees, animals, I would like to draw Puff. I am working on a colored pencil drawing of pumpkins and gourds. They are plain pumpkins with no carvings or paint. I like Fall and Spring. Pumpkins and tomatoes are actually fruit, not vegetables. I have lost some weight by cutting out sweets. Fall can be beautiful with leaves changing colors and pumpkins.I used to be afraid of Halloween when i was a little girl. i like pretty costumes, like princesses and fairies. I like historical, folk costumes, and candy, chocolate, my birthday is November29, I like chocolate cake on my birthday, i like pumpkin pie and apple pie. I like Thanksgiving and Native American culture and costume. Christmas was my favorite holiday, and Easter!
