He was in a car accident and had surgery.

It is hard to type as the tears flow , thanks for the prayers and I still need some . headed home from hospital 8/12 noonish and get this SKIPPED REHAB ! How could I ever praise God enough ? ! ! Praise God for the mighty prayer warriors of The Christianity Board !

Finally using a laptop some now , cell phone forum posting with the spell check is no fun , typed things and it corrected to thongs .
Recovery going good at home , wife got me a basket for my walker so I can carry supplies around . Pain is mostly in shoulders and arms some but getting better , Praise God ! Slept 8 hours night before last , walking with walker and strength is getting better .

Well thats so good to hear brother! I was wondering how you would be typing but I thought maybe one of those smart phones might actually come in handy for you in this case. I don't have one of those, if ever I needed to type on one I would have to learn the basics (because I never did it). I don't understand how anyone can type on a thing so small. I would have never guessed you would take up the laptop because I thought, there is no way he could sit to do that. How is sitting going for you, is it better laying down, what do you do sit and type, stand and type, or lie down and type?

And don't answer me right away or anything, I actually don't want to say too much because I don't want you to feel obligated to respond to a lengthy post and make your life worse or anything.

But know we are all thinking of you, and I am praying for you day and night and will not forget you, I have you chicken scratched into my list of top priorities (so you made the VIP section).

God be gracious and merciful to you and give you a speedy recovery, and make you better than before.
(Are you old enough to remember the "Bionic man"). It was cheesy, but since you have some new metal parts to you, heres hoping for some decent special abilities for you) haha.

Just thought to look into this prayer thread. I am so sorry to hear! Nice to hear that talons is getting better. Is the broken spine able to heal and didn't cause paralysis? I hope so!

Update . Things are going good with rehab , doing exercises and walking outside regular . Still sleeping in a recliner and wearing c-collar , go for doc visit next month . Thanks for all the prayers !
