How common is it for people to have issues with lights and fast motions?
I had to look near a light yesterday at work and I suddenly felt like my brain was buzzing and like I was going to throw up, then my body wanted to lean over.
I was able to stay in control though. .
But video games are the worst thing in the last few years. Most of the newly made games make me feel like I'm going to throw up, like the dizzy feeling you get from a terrible spinny ride.
I know it could be a really, really mild form epilepsy but I'm just wondering if this is actually just normal for other people.
I also have special glasses made for my vertigo that seems to help, but I don't want to wear them unless I really have to.
