Putting LGBT… Pride in its Place

Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw decided to add a little Biblical context to his team's ridiculous pride-themed hats this past Friday. June 13 was officially Pride Night at Dodger Stadium when the San Francisco Giants came to play. The team wore caps with the traditional LA logo, but instead of white, the letters were rainbow colored.

Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw wrote “Genesis 9:12-16” on his ‘pride’ hat:

12 And God said, “This is the sign of the covenant that I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for all future generations: 13 I have set my bow in the cloud, . . . .

I still don’t get it — what exactly are they so “proud” of?

Being defined entirely by sexually deviant behavior?
Glorifying what used to be considered a mental illness?
Turning deviance into a civil rights badge?
Celebrating the public orgies of San Francisco bath houses and calling it “liberation”?
The rise of AIDS in the wake of so-called “sexual freedom”?
Drag queens shaking it for children in public libraries — with taxpayer funding?
Erasing women by letting confused men dominate women’s sports, restrooms, and even womanhood itself?
Forcing us all to nod along to a pronoun circus or get fired?
Gaslighting society into affirming mental illness as identity?
Sexualizing kids with rainbow propaganda before they even hit puberty?
Shaming Christian truth as “hate speech” while demanding the worship of pride flags in churches?
Pushing hormone blockers and sex changing prepubescent kids?

What exactly is the source of this "pride"?

Because from where I’m standing — it looks like perversion parading as virtue, delusion demanding affirmation, and rebellion marketed as “love.”

God calls it sin.
The world calls it progress.
But truth doesn’t change just because the mob is cheering.
