Rapture Poem
Heaven, heaven, up in the sky....
Will I be raptured, will I fly?
Some will say yes, some will say no....
Yet to that place -- to Him I go.
The old debate goes on and on....
Yet His light in each soul need dawn.
We can argue all that we will...
Such are carnal -- in darkness still.
'Tis not time or place that is key....
But born of God my soul must be.
I have been bought! O what a price...
To live for Him -- I don't think twice.
He alone is due my life work....
I will labor and will not shirk.
I long for this eternal bliss....
Down on my face -- His feet to kiss.
