Yes America and its actions set the world stage, and nations follow just as in Trump 2017-2020
The globalist agenda was to dissolve national identity through foreigners migrating to western countries, that's taking a big reversal soon in America, and many countries in Europe have already started deportation of foreigners
Trump has openly stated he's stomping out the woke agenda in America, his Secretary of Defence (Pete Hegseth) is going to clean house in the Military, and federal funding to agencies that support "Woke" will be cut off
I personally see future prosecution of those involved with minors and gender transition, woke school boards, woke teachers, woke parents, woke doctors, etc

I don't know what has caused the explosions of cancers, massive weight gain, diabetes, auto immune diseases, but they have all gone much higher the last few decades. Some of it could be the GMO seed oils that used to be poisonous to eat, and high fructose corn syrup used instead of cane sugar. Then there is all the vaccines and drugs injected into animals we eat. Our food is certainly a lot different than it was.
And the ones that did all that are not going to want to go back to clean real natural foods.
Your body is ingesting all these things, and stuff happens. IT is like a giant medical experiment on the entire population.
When I grew up in the 60's as a youngster, there were very few real fat people, most people were not.
Just go back in time and look at all the videos of people walking around to see that.

We used to walk everywhere all the time. Studies have shown lots of exercise when young helps as you age. We use to have school recess for games. After school sports, and gym class. All are gone, and kids stay at home playing video games. Weekends we played baseball in open fields. Football in front yards.
