Washington does have a policy that allows it to use a nuclear weapon, not only in retaliation to a nuclear attack but also in response to non-nuclear threats – and so does Moscow, explained Russia expert and former DIA intelligence officer for Russian Doctrine & Strategy, Rebekah Koffler.

The guidance systems all rely on satellite positioning ....I imagine the B-21 may have a programmed "last known" positioning system that can guide the bomber to the target, without satellites. No one on earth has that capability. Meanwhile, If a program of that type was created forthe B-21 ......Guidance systems for subs, ships and land based launchers will soon have their programs updated to match .....Nothing more fearful than a space tactic taking down all satellites, and your adversary still has the capability to hit you accurately while you are incapable of responding.

I heard on the msm news, that they say Putin is going to use nukes on Ukraine, if NATO keeps sending missiles deep in Russia.

Also to end the war, as in eliminate the ability of Ukraine to keep on with the war which NATO's US (Biden) is enabling them to do. Likely just more fake news propaganda to keep up the support for weapons to Ukraine and more money laundering of billions.

Russia mainly is sending a message to stop NATO from sending missiles deep into Russia, US-NATO is prosecuting the war in Ukraine.

US did exact same thing with Japan as supposedly Russia is planning (MSM propaganda), we did not want to continue putting US soldiers at risk, and we had a way of ensuring the end of the war quickly, so we nuked Nagasaki and Hiroshima. We justified what we did, just like Russia will, rightly or wrongly, we are still the only country to have bombed another country with nuclear weapons of mass destruction. But since the US did that, it is ok and a good thing to do....Russia does it, certainly will not be considered a good thing by Russia's enemies, that is politics for you.
