Friends today doctor gave some medicines for Salome saying if it doesn't work she will be recommended to use pump.

What would they use the pump for Mel?

Salome having frequent cold and cough. So they are thinking of giving pump ( inhaler) it will help her sleep well. Other cough or cold medicines are not working well even after having these cold cough medicines Salome keeps coughing during night. It may be due to allergy or asthma
