Scrapbooking, Art Journaling, and paper crafts

Because of things like Facebook, I think scrapbooking is not as popular as it once was.

However, when I saw people making these super creative bullet journals on Pinterest and Youtube, I was hooked.

I didn't go crazy investing in supplies. You'd be amazed at what you can get that is recycled, secondhand, or given away for free or upon request.

All my pages are not necessarily gorgeous but I have a lot of fun making the pages.

I try not to let the social media aestetic influence me too much because it can make you feel like your stuff has to look a certain way.

But it's an interesting phenomenon. Introducing asmr journaling!

Bullet journaling took off as a big trend in 2017. It was designed to give ADHD and other types an alternate way to plan.

The inside looks like a dotted grid. I scrapbook using one.

People plan with bullet journaling, but also do creative scrapbooking with it as well.

Another thing Id like to try is junk journaling.

A junk journal is made of old scraps of paper and books. They look like this.

That is so cool. I keep a bullet journal for my work. People think I have a really good memory. Nope, I just write everything down. ;-D

wowwwwwww those scrapbooks are cool, i like that kind of a thing although i've never done scrapbooking myself, i like doing paper crafts though
