No salvation is based upon faith in Christ and He transforms us into His likeness. Salvation is not based upon works as they are a RESULT of ones salvation, evidence of being saved. A born again believers does not desire to please the flesh but to please Christ. Read Ephesians 2:8-10.

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, this person is a new creation; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.

Ephesians 4:2-24

2Co 5:17, Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
