Something that I do- every day during my prayer time I say this, I say "I break the power of the enemy over the city of Harrisburg and the town of Middletown in the name of Jesus" and also "I command all evil spirits in Harrisburg and Middletown to leave now in the name of Jesus" and "I pray for the salvation and good health of all of the residents of Harrisburg and Middletown". (I live in Middletown which is just outside of Harrisburg) When I do that a massive amount of oppression comes off of me and it is then less for the next 24 hours or so!
