9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

You would be amazed at the amount of people that have had it with one form of doctine or another. These Christian people have determined to be taught by the HolySpirit. Nolonger are they satisfied with the normal follow along run of the mill Christianity. Why would that be? I believe it is the HolySpirit revealing to believers the deeper things of God and nothing else can satisfy a hungry heart when that happens. Believers wanting to be spiritual beings and follow the scriptures as there written. Not just doing something to be, but knowing something.

Out of that knowing comes a spiritual being, and in that knowledge they live, and move, and have their being. Spirit taught knowledge in the scripture is called revelation. When the HolySpirit is revealing to you what it is you are to know, it is not a one time revelation. Revelation is a continual progressive understanding. Hence we get the word (growth-spiritual-knowledge-understanding-revelation).

You see according to our text; man in himself cannot know the things of God. They are not even considered, he does not even know what "the things which God prepared" is. What would more than anything teach a believer "the deep things of God" is; to have a revelation of the Christ that is in you. To know that Christ is in you, and have a revelation of him as your only life is the deepest you can go in God. That is a revelation exsists according to Paul in Galatians chapter one. If you could start out with the knowledge that Christ is in you, then "the all things of God" could be understood by the believer.

Most of us will go through the different levels of understanding. You start out in a denomination that casts out devils, so your understanding is casting out devils, and to you that is the answer. It may have been faith, or healing, or any number choices depending on where you are being fed. Have you ever heard someone say "you need balance in what you believe." Seeing Christ in you balances all we know to be true, such as; casting out devils, getting faith, or healing or miracles.

But the bottom line is! We are not being prepped to live in this world, we are to learn Christ in you the hope of glory and that will impact the world. When you step out of this world to the next you will know something the scripture calls; "yeah the deep things of God." The wisdom of God is; Christ in you.

Every time the Holy Spirit leads me to read specific passages in the Bible, He shows me things I've never seen before. It really is incredible to be taught by Him!

Every now and then He leads me to read though Genesis, and several times, He has led me to read through Matthew. One of these times, He shed light on the fact that David's sin with Bathsheba is mentioned in the genealogy of Jesus Christ. He showed me that even though God forgives our sins when we confess them to Him, these sins can have far-reaching effects for generations to come.

This made me take sin more seriously. It's easy to fall into the trap of thinking that it's just one little sin, but really, there are no small sins. Every sin that we commit nailed Jesus to the cross.

When you step out of this world to the next you will know something the scripture calls; "yeah the deep things of God." The wisdom of God is; Christ in you.

Very good thoughts. But one must ask oneself...look at all the opinions flying around...the blindness and lack of understanding of very basic biblical things among basically everyone. And yet all have received Christ in them. Could Christ in us be but a first step? Could His presence in us be like a beacon calling us to Himself?

The secret is that we must seek to enter INTO Christ who becomes our wisdom...In Him we find we become partakers of HIS holiness.

But we must move locations.

Holiness is about location, location, location. It is found IN Him. So unless we are willing to follow Christ away from where we have always been...we will remain always learning ABOUT the truth but never able to enter into the truth.

How do we enter into Him?

We seek Him diligently to that purpose. There are many abiding places together with Him. Jesus has gone ahead to prepare those abiding places...so we ought to now abide in Him. But this takes a faith that moves God (like a mountain). It takes more faith than we have of ourselves.

But God watches what we are doing with the little faith we have. How diligent are we in our seeking? Is seeking God even understood or thought to be required? Where is the faith that God seeks from us?

Once again a most pleasant read. So true it is, all scripture must be understood spiritually, meaning, that the Holy Spirit most open the truth couched in the words to the heart, or they remain just words human reasoning is playing with trying to understand God.

Be most blessed in these truths Christ is revealing in you. For of a surety “Christ in us” is our hope of glory. And getting to know this One who has come and taken abode up in us, is freedom, love, righteousness and in Him are all good things.

Be most blessed in your/our growing, Not me

I came across this in my daily reading recently, and realized the significance of when Nathan told David that he had given the enemies of God great occasion to blaspheme. I always read that being about that time, those who knew what David did, but then I realized that all who hear from the Bible that this happened, through the centuries. How many have spoken against God because of David's sin?

Much love!

Yes, indeed, we need the gracious Spirit of God to lead us into all truth, from Scripture (John 16.13).

The "us" refers to the Apostles who were inspired to miraculously receive words from the Holy Spirit and wrote those words down where we can read and understand them, Ephesians 3:3-4. We then are instructed, taught by the Holy Spirit through the written word and not apart from that written word. Therefore the Holy Spirit speaks the same truth to all of us in His written word that is without variance and contradiction. The contradictions that exist among religious groups today come from man, not the Holy Spirit.
