Hello everyone if you have entered this thread. This will be my final video shared here for today. It’s an encouraging message dealing with anger. There is scripture attached to it. Please consider this message now while you are here and thank you so much to every single one of you who have ever clicked on any of my post. May God give you the increase on this because it is dealing with anger.

Our Anger is a fear of not coping with people, places, things, and situations not going OUR WAY.
Expressed anger is trying to get people, places, things and situations to make us feel okay again.
Anger exploits self and others through deception, such as blaming others for US not coping. e.g., "You made my angry"!
Nobody can make us angry unless we choose to.

When dealing with angry people, remember that they are afraid.
So, how do we normally deal with a frighten person? We remain calm, gentle, and supportive.
How do we help angry people? Listen to them, their anger tells us what they fear, and help them to realize that they are still OKAY regardless if things are not going THEIR WAY.

It is the calm humble person who has the best chance of 'knowing' what is the true thing to do (deal and cope).

Even death is okay for a Christian, after all, it's only our body which perishes.

Yes, I think most anger comes from the flesh, either because we are sitting in judgment over someone, not forgiving, not humble, or sometimes, like @Invisibilis wrote, fear. We are afraid of loss or harm, and so we feel anger against the one we think can harm us. But the Lord is my helper, what can man do to me?

And like you mentioned, frustration, helpless anger. Just like depression can be hopeless anger. When we feel we have no power, and will only be victimized.

If we believe all things are working together for our good this can go a long ways towards alleviating anger. If we commit ourselves to be forgiving as Jesus was, "Father, forgive them", who were in the VERY ACT of murdering Him, this can just drain the energy right out.

Negative emotional energy, that which is destructive, hurtful, that feeling we hate, it's ALWAYS from our flesh, never from our new creation.

We DO NOT have to own it! And in repudiating that fleshy anger, it tends to just evaporate. And even if those feelings linger, they will not last, and they will not separate God's children from their Father.

Much love!
