One thing that we see Jesus doing often is wondering away to be alone in the wilderness. It’s just something that almost all of us have inside of us. God originally placed man in a garden in the stories of Genesis and it’s something that developed within us over millions of years of evolution. Do any of yall enjoy hiking and camping? Today I hiked a few miles out to this isolated getaway and spent a few hours there relaxing at the water reading my mushroom horror anthology and napped a bit and then hiked the two hours back to my truck. Spent about 8 hours total alone today.
