Or then there was the time when the economy was really in a recession..hit here more 2010...
so after wondering if I should refinance my house...i decided instead to let God pay for it...
I turned it over to Him instead...each month...I knew He would take care of it.
i have brought up my $1000 mtg before. So for about 2 years i never had a care...somehow i knew God would pull it outta His hat.
ONCE, a doubt or worry crept into a thought...I immediately put my index finger up ...and
talked to God..."THAT WAS NOT my thought....that just floated in, Lord...I trust
You completely as always."...and smiled and laughed...
Anyhoo, 2012 comes along...want the short version?
A friend asked me how much of my mortgage was left, so she says, "Well, I'm going to
give you $100,000...no strings, you don't even need to use it for your mortgage...you
could build an addition, sell, move away....no strings."
Was I surprised? No. Part of me laughed and thought, What took You so long?
(That's just my relationship with my Dad.)
Was I humbled and grateful, you betcha.
