Yes, because Adam sinned, humans are born with mortal bodies that die.

But there is no scripture that says we sinned in Adam.

We are not judged for Adam’s sin. We are judged for our own sins.

The Bible could not be more clear.

Romans 5:12

Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned [not “for that all have inherited the sin of Adam”].

Ezekiel 18:10

The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.
Romans 5:12

Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned

A.) One man sinned Adam = as a result, sin entered the world thru Adam

B.) Death is from Sin = never apart from Sin

A + B = "so Death passed upon all men"

C.) for all have sinned

A + B + C = "For since death came through a man....................For as in Adam all die"

Question: Do the Scriptures teach we are born sinless from the womb???

Since you will not quote the verses, I will. They do not say you sinned in Adam. They say that sin prevailed in mankind ever since Adam sinned. You do not bear the sin of Adam.

Ezekiel 18:10

The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: therighteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.

Not one verse in this chain states that you sinned in Adam. Look for yourself. In fact, before the law, sin was not imputed to anyone, but death did reign.

Romans 5:12-21

12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

13 (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.

14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.

15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.

16 And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification.

17 For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)

18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.

19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:

21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.
1 Corinthians 15:22 KJV
For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

What in the world are you trying to teach?

#1 - Only God knows.

#2 - God commanded the Israelites to "utterly destroy the inhabitants of the Promised Land because they devolved to such a degree of wickedness, that none were to be allowed to remain = men, women, pregnant women, toddlers and infants!!!

#3 - God did this once before with the entire world in Noah's Day = men, women, pregnant women, toddlers and infants!!!

God will not punish a person for Adam’s sin. We inherited Adam’s mortality, but not his sin. We are judged for our own sins.

The interpretation of original sin sharply divided the Eastern and Western branches of Christianity:
    • Western Christianity (Catholicism and Protestantism): Adopted Augustine's strict view that all humans inherit both the guilt of Adam's sin and a corrupted nature. Therefore, every person is born morally corrupt and requires baptism or divine grace for salvation.
    • Eastern Orthodoxy: Rejects the idea of inherited guilt. Eastern theologians view original sin as inheriting Adam's mortality and a weakened nature prone to sin, rather than inheriting the actual, punishable guilt of Adam’s sinful actions.

God will not punish a person for Adam’s sin. We inherited Adam’s mortality, but not his sin. We are judged for our own sins.

This can be RESOLVED by the Holy Scriptures.

In Adam all DIE = no one escapes the consequences of sin because ALL have sinned

God judges each person according to their ways = good and bad
Since we were conceived and born in SIN, "there are none righteous, no not one"

Go with the Western Christianity as it agrees with the Holy Scriptures beginning in Genesis

Wrong. There is no scripture that says we are guilty and responsible for the sin of Adam.
Adams sin passed on to all of mankind = "for in Adam all die" = 1 Corinthians 15:22

Psalm 51:5 =

For I acknowledge my transgressions,
And my sin is always before me.
4Against You, You only, have I sinned,
And done this evil in Your sight—
That You may be found just when You speak,
And blameless when You judge.
5Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity,
And in sin my mother conceived me.
6Behold, You desire truth in the inward parts,
And in the hidden part You will make me to know wisdom.

Yes.....all of our righteounesses

Yes. In God's eyes our righteousness is as a filthy rag. Unless, of course, we are found in Christ, having His righteousness.

Wrong. There is no scripture that says we are guilty and responsible for the sin of Adam.
You know what you are saying is actually blasphemous when you get down to it. You are literally denying the need for a Savior.

If we attempt to understand God and His Wisdom from a finite earthly pov, we will stumble in our understanding.

Ezekiel 18:4 -
All souls belong to me, the parent as well as the child—both alike belong to me. The one who sins is the one who will die.

You are correct that denying the need for Salvation is denying what God has said about sin and mankind.

You are not guilty for the sin of Adam.

You need a Savior because of your own sins.

Thou shalt not bear false witness.

I never denied our need for salvation, and you know that.

I said we are not responsible for Adam’s sin, we commit our own sins.

100% CORRECT

Now, embrace the Scriptures that we have been going over including Genesis chapter 3

The more you dwell on scripture and pray, the more your understanding will increase.

I just realized that my friend. I had this conversation a long time ago and I'm like REALLY? if you don't think you are infected with sin, then are you still running with the world?
