Colossians 3 KJV

All important!

1If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. 2Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. 3For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. 4When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

To the born again: You who have been risen with Christ . . . since you died, and your life is hid with Christ is God, that's where you should be looking.

What matters most to you? Things here? Things there? We work while it is day, night is coming in which no man may work.

There is one importance, Jesus. Every eye will see Him, let's turn every eye towards Him. We are raised with Him. We are seated with Him. We are seated together in the heavenly realm, together with Him.

As we fix our eyes on Jesus, the flesh has no power, the world has no power, and our lives show forth Jesus' power.

You are dead. Your life is hid with Christ. If your live is to be found anywhere, it is found in Christ. The flesh cringes to do His will, but not the spirit. We agree in the inner man. We must believe what God tells us, we are free.

I love this verse 4:

When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

A prophecy that is as sure to be fulfilled as all the rest!

You who have died in Christ, you who are now therefore alive in Christ, you who are born again, you will, make no mistake, will appear with Him in glory.

And we know that Scripture cannot be broken. Hallelujah!!
