Question 5

John chapter 1 verse 1 and 2
In the beginning was the Word,
and the Word was with God,
and the Word was God.
The same was in the beginning
with God.

How was the Word with God,
and at the same time, was God?
What was the same, in the
beginning with God?
God and His Word are simply One and the same.

You have heard the saying "my word is my bond", and certainly even people can authenticate themselves without seemingly being actually present--by fax, facetime, etc., not a problem. And certainly not impossible for God.

Question 6

2 John 1:9
Whosoever transgresseth,
and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ,
hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.

This is the reason you
are always dealing with
or going through some
kind of evil, in your life.
God is not with you,
because you are in transgression
and not abiding in
the doctrine of Christ.

True or false?
False. It is not a litmus test based on your presence and relationship with God.

The reason people suffer with evil, is because we live in a fallen world where there is darkness and light at every turn.

Thank you for the question.

Devout Christians can find themselves subjected to hard times as much as anyone. The difference is that for Christians, God will help them through those hard times, whereas those that reject Him are on their own.

For review, what kind of a life did the Apostle Paul experience during his ministry.

Blessings.
