The head cannot exist without the body, nor the body without the head. Scriptures teaches, the eye cannot say unto the hand, i have no need of you, nor the head to the feet, i have no need of you. 1cor 12:21 also see vs 12..The elect as the seed of christ gal 3:16-existed in him their head, before the foundation of the world, for we were chosen in him, and predestinated by him unto adoption of children eph 1:4-5..Yes the elect in christ are as ancient as christ is..isa 44:And who, as I, shall call, and shall declare it, and set it in order for me, since I appointed the ancient people? and the things that are coming, and shall come, let them shew unto them.The ancient people or people from eternity, so reads the targum..Though we the elect had no actual physical being, yet we had a representative being in our head[i.e heb 7:9-10], The Lord Jesus christ, for we were His seed, and this constituted him our spiritual proginator or father isa 9:6For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
