It would be so good to come here and tell christians what they want to hear, but lying brings no glory to God, and helps no one. If christians want to be told what they want to hear than they can go to church. there are plenty of people out there willing to lie to you so they can keep there position in there church even at the cost of there lives.

So who are those who belong to Jesus, the ones He will not loose. Well it has nothing to do with you being in church or reading and studying the bible.

My sheep hear my voice.

Eph 5:27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
These are those who have. Come out of her my people. out of The worlds harlot church system. If you belong to a denomination your garment is tainted, and the only way you can get it clean is to follow His voice and be His bride out in the wilderness.

Rev 12:6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

See here it is God who feeds them He is the one that grants them revelation the one that fills there lamps with oil unlike the foolish virgins, the church is asleep, mans church the harlot church it is not ready for what is about to come.

So where is your heart, who or what is your first love?

Mat 6:21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also

Is church or the bible more important than Jesus, if they are than He is not your first Love. If HE is not your first love than you are not His and if you are not His you will have to go through the tribulation. It is you who must decide what you are willing to give up.

Joh 5:39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.
Joh 5:40 And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.

Yes many refuse to go to Jesus, narrow is the way that leads to Life, He is the way, wide is the path that leads to destruction, religion, the harlot church,

The Bride is new Jerusalem Zion as in a nation united for God as her husband and the people are the children and the children's actions decide the mother's faithfulness to God and His Christ/Word. The Woman/Church is the mother of the children of God. And since it is the Spirit of God who teaches the true body of Christ the Spirit as a dove is the mothering aspect of God.
Rev 22:17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

What you say is good, however the Voice of God is HIS WORD and having the Bible to study and get to know the Fathers ways is very important for confirmation of what is being whispered in your ears. Peter uttered words of the devil right in front of and to Jesus himself. Did Peter know that he was allowing his mouth to be used to speak? No, he did not, he thought he was speaking a good thing, yet it was of his carnal nature that he tried to protect Jesus from dying on the cross.
And what about Eve when she had not been given God's Word but received it second hand, she was deceived because she thought the tree of life (tree in the midst) was the forbidden tree and Satan did not correct her to her destruction.
We are tested by Satan for how well we know Christ, we are tempted by Satan the deceiver and stumble when we are not keeping our eyes on the exalted Word in our life to keep on the straight path to life.
For Satan is out to not only steal your understanding & faith in the Word, but the blessings in which God would bestow on those who stand firm on the Word being built up on Christ in righteousness and holiness as a child of God. We must put on the whole armor of God, so that we sound like Christ, Stand like Christ being firm in the Word so that the devil will flee for when we have our armor of God on... the devil sees us as God with the helmet lid down and is put under our feet, yet we just stand there girded up and God fights in the spirit realm for us.

We are warned about Satan stealing the Word of God which is the Seed of God when we hear the Word but do not seek to understand it from God's guidance. For he knows that if you do not have any Word in you, then you can not grow any fruit for God.

Matt 13:19-23
19 When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.
20 But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;
21 Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.
22 He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.
23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

We are tried by our faith in God's Word to take hold of the promises written in the WILL of inheritance which is the Bible or Word of God.
True, just having a Bible collecting dust does not save you, nor does being a socializing pew bench warmer for 50 yrs in a building man has called the church. If we do not have the Word washing us clean internally with his living Water which is Christ then when he comes for his holy body members, we will be like the 5 (male) virgins who say Lord Lord but he will not know those who are still walking in iniquity of the carnal flesh for they have not the Spirit of adoption.

Rom_8:16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

1Jn_5:8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.

1Jn_5:10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.

The Holy Spirit is our witness, not the bible, and because so few trust Him well take a look at the results.

Jesus is teh Word Of God come in the flesh, the bible has not replaced Him not has it replaced the Holy Spirit, but it is in the bible where the hearts of men are it has become God to many and so they never go to Jesus who is the Truth. Its in your bible.

No men have made the bible equal to God, and it is not.

Jesus is the Word.

The bible is a book written by men, we do not worship the bible, nor is the bible dictated word to word from God. The writings are inspired by the authors experience with God, with his culture with his understanding, with revelations (dreams, visions) from either God Himself, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, or messengers from God, angels.

When I was younger the church called these books and letters the bible, or the holy bible, when did people start calling it "the word"?
