There are two gospels of Peace.

Romans 10:15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

The passage above can be compared to the one below.

Isaiah 52:7 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!

In examining Isaiah above, it can be seen that Isaiah is speaking of the peace that comes to Israel from the reign of God on earth; the reign of the Lord Jesus Christ in His earthly Kingdom.

Romans 10:15 is referring to the gospel of peace to Israel in regards to the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ, and His reign.

The second gospel of peace is in Ephesians below.

Ephesians 6:15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

This gospel of peace, as can be seen below, is the peace with God received by the propitiation and reconcilement we have through Christ.

Romans 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

Also, as can be seen in the verses below, the gospel of peace refers to the cross of Christ reconciling both Jew and Gentile to God, and each other, by removing the wall of seperation, and making one body of the two.

Ephesians 2:14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;

2:15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;

2:16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:

2:17 And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.

not saying that you're right or wrong, you got the answer, "CHRIST" is our PEACE.

but on Romans 10 lets start at verse 12 and get the context of verse 15,

Romans 10:12 "For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. (here Greek is a none Jews, Gentile. there is no distinction of nations, nor superiority of any other)

Romans 10:13 "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Romans 10:14 "How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

Romans 10:15 "And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

Romans 10:16 "But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?

Romans 10:17 "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

the term "Whosoever" is an end to just only Israel.
