Uh huh.

The “real world” as you say. The “world” men “of the world desire”.
Men desired “men kings” to RULE them, Control them...
Israel begged “for men kings”, like the Gentiles loved.

1 Sam 8:
[6] But the thing displeased Samuel, when they said, Give us a king to judge us. And Samuel prayed unto the LORD.
[7] And the LORD said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them.

Here was Gods “warning”;

1 Sam 8:
[11] And he said, This will be the manner of the king that shall reign over you: He will take your sons, and appoint them for himself, for his chariots, and to be his horsemen; and some shall run before his chariots.
[12] And he will appoint him captains over thousands, and captains over fifties; and will set them to ear his ground, and to reap his harvest, and to make his instruments of war, and instruments of his chariots.
[13] And he will take your daughters to be confectionaries, and to be cooks, and to be bakers.
[14] And he will take your fields, and your vineyards, and your oliveyards, even the best of them, and give them to his servants.
[15] And he will take the tenth of your seed, and of your vineyards, and give to his officers, and to his servants.
[16] And he will take your menservants, and your maidservants, and your goodliest young men, and your asses, and put them to his work.
[17] He will take the tenth of your sheep: and ye shall be his servants.
[18] And ye shall cry out in that day because of your king which ye shall have chosen you; and the LORD will not hear you in that day.
[19] Nevertheless the people refused to obey the voice of Samuel; and they said, Nay; but we will have a king over us;
[20] That we also may be like all the nations; and that our king may judge us, and go out before us, and fight our battles.

LOL - YOUR “king leader dictator goes out before you and fights your battles? LOL YOUR “king leader dictator like every Earthly king”, HIDES Behind locked, armed, guarded walls and bunkers while he SENDS young immature boys and girls to fight the battles he starts!

TRUTH of Gods Word -

Matt 6:
[24] No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

Gods Word trumps your word.

TRUTH of Gods Word -
1 Tim 2:
[8] But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.

Whoops.

Romans 13:1-5, "Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except by God’s appointment, and the authorities that exist have been instituted by God. So the person who resists such authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will incur judgment (for rulers cause no fear for good conduct but for bad). Do you desire not to fear authority? Do good and you will receive its commendation because it is God’s servant for your well-being. But be afraid if you do wrong because government does not bear the sword for nothing. It is God’s servant to administer punishment on the person who does wrong. Therefore it is necessary to be in subjection, not only because of the wrath of the authorities but also because of your conscience."

It's up to you if you want to deny what God's Words says clearly in context. God's Word trumps your false word.

We offered your Nation a Resolution, your Nation declined.
We offered your Nation a Revolution, and your “king” sent boys out to do his battle, and lost.

Funny, “your king” is still armed. Your “nations people” have laid down their GUNS, and Murder by Knives have Risen exponentially.

YOU fell for Your Government promotions of FAKE SAFETY!

I don't know what country you are referring to, with "king", as here in England the QUEEN is almost 70 years on her throne!

We don’t care about Kings and Queens here in America, it’s why we did away with them through our Independence,

Seriously do you require the history of your own Nation to comprehend the concept of a monarchy, and that for centuries the UK was Majority ruled by “kings”? Your current “queen”, enjoys the frills and pomp without the historical dictatorial power.
Funny, having seated a 12 yr old, 9 yr old, 9 month old, as your Nations “king”...lol

I know and understand why people hate guns. They don't have to own one. The fact of the matter is God will protect you until your testimony is over. But if you are lucky enough to live in America I suggest you embrace your rights because if you don't they will take them away from you. It is true. Tyrants want to control everything and everyone and they can't stand an armed populace. Just watch them chip away at your rights. Right now they are fiercely going after free speech and guns. The first two amendments to our constitution!

1 Peter 4:1 Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind...

Christ was an example for us to follow. We are to walk as Christ walked (1 John 2:6).

Christ did not attack back with weapons in self defense. Christ took the beatings and the whippings. Christ took it when He was crucified.
Christ suffered in the flesh. We are to arm ourselves with having the same mind or with the same way of thinking.

Peter wanted to prevent Jesus from going to the cross. To Peter: It looked like a senseless death of His master and good friend. But what Peter could not see was the spiritual aspect of things. Peter attacked wrongfully with the sword, and Peter tried to wrongfully stop Jesus from suffering and in going to the cross. Jesus rebuked Peter on both accounts. Today, many think like Peter in that they are not looking at things from God’s perspective. That God can work a greater plan for good that we cannot see when we follow Him by faith.

So my encouragement is don’t just blindly trust what I say, but check it with the Bible. But don’t believe or trust your own thoughts, and experience, either. Believe what Jesus and His followers taught in the New Testament. Follow Jesus and His apostles according to the New Testament. If you do… I guarantee you your life will be focused on Non-Violence because no Violence was taught taught by our Lord for us to partake in while we live out our faith. Now, after we have been faithful to the Lord in this life, and we then die, we will of course follow the Lord into battle, but that is after we have lived out our faith in obedience to Him (and not before).

2 Corinthians 10:6
“And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.”

I believe Christians will be Violent, but this is only in the future at Christ’s return (after we have lived out our faith). We as believers must have a readiness of mind to revenge all disobedience when the Lord Jesus returns to this Earth at His second coming (2 Corinthians 10:6). But this is only if our obedience or faithfulness is fulfilled in this life. I believe Non-Violence while we live out our faith is a part of that obedience.

In other words, Jesus says stop, we stop,
if He says… go… we go.
So I see this topic as one to obedience to Jesus according to the Bible and not from a carnal or worldly perspective.
