The key point about this story that was hyped in the news is that it does not matter whether this fragment is a fraud or simply false teaching from past centuries. Christians should be knowledgeable enough about the doctrine of Christ to know that this is heresy.

AND we should see it as a great opportunity to be faithful witnesses to those around us who are confused by such 'news'--do we ever look at these things as open doors to witness???

But that means doing a little homework.

Key point is that whether fraud, 4th Century or whatever century, it is still heresy.

AND this had received so much hype in the media that this is an OPPORTUNITY to be faithful witnesses to those around us who are confused by such stuff. We don't often get such an open door to point to the real Jesus.
