The Other Gospel...

I personally have no use for the 'other Gospel' that is taught in Mormonism. And I have no plans on voting for Mitt Romney.


I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. - Galatians 1:6-9

And what happens to the accursed?

Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD. For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited. Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is. - Jermiah 17:5-7

And where... And where did the mormons end up? In a Salt land and not inhabited (Salt Lake City, UT)?

An interesting take! The "another gospel" is the gospel that presents itself but without the actual power of the resurrection...the keeping power of Christ that makes us overcome in this life. It is the false gospel of men remaining in sin but claiming salvation.

But this reference is about the destiny of those who claim to know the Lord but live unto themselves...they are cast out into the wilderness in everlasting darkness.

When Romney calls on the nation to pray...which God? as Mormonism is into polytheism.

Romney is more like a plastic figurine that talks and walks a message of 'elect me'. Judging the mormon church by looking at Romney is like judging Christianity by looking at Obama.

I have read the 'other gospel' and the falsehood I discovered abounds and is self evident.
